My wireless card is not working.

Ok, here's what I've done. I downloaded the Intel update from this topic: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=33089

I followed the instructions just like it said, and everything appeared to install like it was supposed to. But my WiFi card is still not being detected.

I am installing this on my Acer Aspire 4315. This laptop has a hard button on the keyboard that enables and disables the card. It is required that you install the "launch manager" software before the button will actually work (I think). So does anyone know if there is a driver for this "launch manager" or if there is a way to manually turn the WiFi card on? The reason I suspect the launch manager software is because there is an activity light for the button and it usually blinks when it's on and the software is installed on Vista... even when it's not connected to a network.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

without LM on Windows Wifi woклы perfectly, so it's not "hard" but "soft" button, so it doesn't affect atheros wifi functionality. The real'n'actual problem is to find working driver and/or working method. The only way I see is to replace adapter with the one on Broadcom 4321 chipset. Could be found on ebay, about 40$.
