Memorial
Read the forum on Multi-booting. I have this set up. Install Vista on a partition. Partition the rest of the disk into the Ubuntu partition (free space) and a FAT32 partition for OS X. Install OS X on the FAT32 partition (It will be recognized by the DVD and you will be able to format it to HFS+ using the Disk Utility which should be at top bar under utilities). Once install finishes, reboot and leave the disk in to boot into OS X, set it up as you wish then shut down. Boot from, the Ubuntu disk, install no the remaining space, edit grub to include the OS X partition and viola.
