I took into consideration all of your comments and decided to completely redo the entire site. Right now there isn't a whole lot of content. But in the coming weeks you can expect a lot more to come. I would love for some of you to contribute to the OS-X section.

It's more than that. If you read, you will also see that you can link to any place of your choice. It's like advisement space. Are you suggesting advertisement space should be free? Are the ad's at the top of this page free? At the moment it is "FREE" and why you haven't posted a link to your website by now is beyond me. Maybe you have the same doubts about your website as you do about mine.

solotitan,

I don't want to be discouraging and take this all as constructive criticism but there are a few things wrong about this concept:

1. Why would people pay to advertise on your site when they could go for something like Google AdWords which is pretty cheap and targets the entire Google user base, which is billions of people?

2. How would this increase their site publicity? Who is going to look at these ads? I really don't think that people will willing come to your site to look at ads.

3. Your site serves only one goal, to advertise. No one likes a site that is all about advertising. If your site served a different purpose, say a popular computer newsletter, and you offered advertising space then it would make sense but a site that is completey about advertising is a no go.

I haven't posted a link to my web site because I really don't care if anyone goes to it or not.

This graffiti wall concept has already been used, and it was successful, however only to a niche market, and the graffiti wall site had traffic driven to it.

The reason it was successful was because it was unique. I believe the owner actually sold a space for nearly half a million. Keep in mind this was a few years ago and like I said it was a unique idea and the site had traffic driven to it through the owners own methods (unsure which exactly).
