I've followed the steps on the following post:

http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...mp;#entry472341

I'm having issues getting this card running. I've done a fresh install of 10.5.2 via the Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD. Everything is working perfectly except the wireless card.

I've tried the IO80211Family.kext from the 10.4.5 and 10.4.8 update packages. I've tried adding the "pci168c,1c" string to following file within each case:

/System/Library/Extensions/IO80211Family.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AirPortAtheros5424.kext/Contents/Info.plist

I've even tried adding "pci168c,1c" to the AirPortAtheroes.kext that exists in the default install of Kalyway 10.5.2. I set permissions and remove the appropriate files as described in the post.

Upon rebooting, I get no Airport icon in the menu bar and the profiler shows nothing in the Airport section.

Do I need to manually load these items via kextload or something? What am I missing? I have an onboard Intel Pro/100 VE network card that works on and off.

If anyone has anything they can tell me, I'd appreciate it! Thx in advance.

Matt
