My lan doesn't work unless I enable Lan boot.. Same thing happens to me. I don't know the cause, and don't have a permanent fix unless you buy a USB network card. The person above this can't read or something, as they're telling you something that will not help, it'll just take longer to boot. You have a connection and it drops and won't come back without reboot. A lot of users are having this problem. Just boot with cpus=1 and it'll be fine, but that's disabling your other cores, and it really sucks. Just boot with cpus=1 and it'll be fine, but that's disabling your other cores, and it really sucks. lol I said it might help , I've seen some people getting progress with enabling Lan Boot, it does take longer to boot, but it might fix the lan dropping problem.. booting with cpus=1 disables 1 core, according to hardware overview.. imo its better to sacrifice booting time over a processor core ..
