Hi everyone, I've another problem, now all work but I've a problem with Clover, I can't make it works, I've formatted the EFI partition in FAT32 and installed Clover in the EFI partition, I marked the partition as active and when I boot it up I get this. Any ideas? - ASUS P8P67 (REV 3.0) - Intel Core i7-2600 - Kingston DDR3 8GB - Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR5
I have been looking for an answer across the board for this! I have a 120GB Hard Drive and I want it to work as if it was a Flash Drive and not as a backup for my mac... It has stuff on it and I am not currently using it as a Backup Device, but more of a Normal Storage, yet, I am unable to copy stuff to the device! Is there any way I can make it work like a Flash Drive and be able to copy stuff to it from my Mac? Thanks in advance! For example! Look at my 120GB Icon.... Compared to my 32GB Flash Drive Icon...
ok i've seen guides and people saying that you can triple windows 7, osx 10.8 and ubuntu BUT can you do this with windows xp instead of windows 7? the reason i ask is this: a year ago i was able to triple boot windows xp, 10.6, and ubuntu and the guides said to put my harddrive bios into AHCI but i put into IDE and it still worked. however, i read that osx 10.8 NEEDS AHCI to work definitely. well, this is a problem since windows xp will not work/boot in AHCI mode. so theoratically, that means if i can boot osx 10.8, then i can't boot windows xp and vice versa. so has anyone tried triple booting windows xp, 10.8 osx and ubuntu and if so does it work?? i don't want to waste time trying it myself unless i need to, cause as we all know, installing hackintosh requires alot of patience and trial and error. THANKS IN ADVANCE!
I installed voodoobattery.kext and appleACPIPlatform.kext repaired permissions and rebuilt caches and all that. The problem is every time I go to energy saver and check "Show battery status in menu bar" it quickly unchecks itself. I read about resetting nvram, but that's not possible on a hackintosh. Help would be greatly appreciated.
