1. Hi friends, My name is Max. I have a problem and would like your help. I have a computer with following settings: - MotherBoard Intel D945CGNL - 4GB Ram - Processadort Intel Core 2 LGA775 - Nvidia 9500, Lan Realtek 8169 - Multimedia Intel HDA ALC888 - Realtek RTL8111B I installed the Yosemite on my PC, the installation was successful. After installed the ##### for Yosemite, i choose #####. Then, all right, i reboot. After boot i keep getting a kernel panic (attachment). I searched on Google and find out that the problem was ElliottForceLegacyRTC.knext. For to solve the problem i boot again with and removed the file ElliottForceLegacyRTC.knext. After this my Hack boot and no Kernel Panic, but after Apple logo appears a White Screen. Well, i boot with following parameters: boot: -x -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes, PCIRootUID=1, npci=0x2000. Then my Hack back, but only option -x. Installed again the ##### and again i have a kernel panic (attachment). Does anyone have an idea? How can i solve this problem? Is there any PATCH for this file? How to install Multicast without this problem with ElliottForceLegacyRTC? Thanks Max,

3. I have the strangest problem, looked everywhere and haven't seen anyone having such issue. I installed iAtkos ML2 and it works OOB. I then updated using the combo update 10.8.3 - it now supports my graphics card. no errors, no freezes, installation and update went through peacefully. problem: after the update, just before showing the logon screen I get a full white screen on both monitors but the mouse cursor still works. I can see it configured resolution and dual monitor settings correctly as the cursor size is the right one and I can move it to and from the second monitor. I had a feeling this white screen was just a curtain and tried typing a few keyboard shortcuts and clicking on places I knew there was something that could be clicked and it works. the system is fully functional behind the white screen. I am still able to see the desktop if I boot in safe mode but then I lose graphics acceleration and USB devices don't work as they should. any help is more than appreciated!
4. Hello. I have an Asus P8P67 Pro motherboard, and I've always followed Andy's guides to setup my hackingtosh with this system using his .PKG. My Graphics Card died the other day and I decided to start fresh with Mavericks on a new drive. I followed Andy's guide for Mavericks, but for some reason I was not able to boot from the USB I created. Frustrated, I thought the problem could be my BIOS version, so I updated that to the latest version and loaded optimized defaults. It did no change anything. Then I decided to try #####. I was then able to install Mavericks, and even update it to 10.9.1 using the ##### USB to boot. Once I had the update running, I ran Andy's package to make my Mavericks drive bootable, but I kept getting stuck at the white apple screen after chameleon. I tried different booting flags, including PCIRootUDI= 1 & 2, GraphicsEnabler=Yes & No, -x, and so on with all the combinations. Nothing worked. I reinstalled Mavericks one more time, and added NullCPUPowersManagement to see if it made a difference. It did not. I'm not tech savvy at all, so everything I've been trying is because I read it in some post. Now I don't know what else to. I can't even boot to Mavericks in safe mode. Can someone shade some light on me? I've attached a screenshot of the message I get when I boot with -x -v Here is the link to Andy's guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/top...install-guide/ Please help. I've been trying this install for the last 4 days and now I'm very frustrated. Thanks in advance.

dual monitor problems

I am having trouble getting dual monitors to work. usually one in every three to four boots will fire up with both monitors working no problem. Two out of three will boot to white screen with or without mouse on one of the screens. I can boot with one monitor no problem on hdmi port. Trying to boot my other monitor on its own does not work through dvi port. If I boot with one monitor plugged in to hdmi, let it boot to osx then plug in second dvi monitor it works. ?? Anyone have any insight as to what I may need to do for this? running mavericks 10.9.2 ati gigabyte r9 270 gpu amd driver pack installed Thanks!!

7. I have OS X 10.10 installed on my Dell Precision T5400 Workstation. If I boot with -x flag it works all right. But if I don't it stucks on white screen with a cursor(can move) when it is supposed to show the login screen. Previously the OS X 10.9 works fine. I have: Intel Xeon E5410 x2 Nvidia Quadro FX 1700 PCI-E (no built-in graphics) Samsung SSD Someone says that is is a problem of my graphic card driver, but I don't know which kext is causing the problem. I removed all AMD kexts. I have Windows installed but it is on another disk so it shouldn't be the reason. Any ideas? And P.S. I use Chameleon Bootloader
8. Hello there, I have a strange problem here. I have got yosemite 10.10 DP7. Chameleon boot loader. Disabled Intel HD4000 and active Nvidia Geforce GT630. It seems there is no problem with booting. But as soon as the system wants to show desktop, it shows only blank white screen with cursor. I can move that cursor, but the desktop doesn't show. I had sometimes this kind of problem in previous versions, but booting in single mode and rebuilding cache using kextcache -prelinked-kernel and kextcache -system-caches solved it (it occurred when I changed or installed kexts). But now nothing helps. I boot with USBBusFix=Yes kext-dev-mode=1 GraphicsEnabler=No When I boot using -x the desktop shows, but the graphic acceleration is disabled (as expected) Thanks for any kind of help

10. When I use 2 screens with FBRotate with a HD7850 Graphics card i get 2 white screens with just the cursor. When I use 1 screen it works but when I plug in the other both go white. Can someone help me get both screens working? Intel Core i5 3570k 120GB SSD AMD HD7850 MSI B75MA-P45 Motherboard Board 16GB Ram Mountain Lion 10.8.5
11. Hey guys, I recently remade my USB drive with myHack, replaced the kernel with an Ivy-E compatible one, and ran myFix to ensure everything was in order, and after entering -v npci=0x2000 cpus=1 GraphicsEnabler=No, I get a white screen with a cursor. Here are my specs: Intel Core i7 4960x 64gb corsair vengeance RAM Asus Rampage IV Extreme 3 GTX 780s (2 disabled by way of PCI switches on the board) 512GB SSD 2 2tb Seagate Barracuda HDDs Everyone with the same motherboard as me says to use -v npci=0x2000 cpus=1 GraphicsEnabler=No, and i still get a white screen, even in safe mode. It doesn't make any sense to me. Any ideas?

r9 270 dual screens

So I am fairly new to this hackintosh thing, I have managed to get my system up and running with chameleon loader. I am trying to get dual displays to work, but am having limited success in doing so. About every three boots mavericks will load for me no problem on dual screens, the other two times out of three it will boot to white screen on both monitors. If I plug in one monitor to my HDMI port on GPU and boot mavericks then plug in secondary monitor to DVI port after everything has loaded they will both work. So far I have tried using Vlada's driver package, And also tried using all different framebuffer personalities for AMD HD 7xxx. Using any other framebuffer had the exact same results where every three or so boots would work with white screen the rest of the time. Has anyone had this problem? or does anyone know how I would go about fixing it? Thank you My Hackintosh build is as follows: Asus z87 pro mobo intel i7 3771 CPU Gigabyte R9 270 GPU using chameleon bootloader Mavericks 10.9.2 EDIT: well dont i feel silly. Sometimes it is best to keep it simple. Turns out that by making my LG monitor the primary display with HDMI input, and the secondary monitor DVI everything works great. Seems I had tried everything else under the sun from different cables to edited dsdt. Lesson learned
