  1. Hello People, I have a dual-boot system with both Win10 and MacOS on separate drives. MacOS on an SSD while Windows is on a standard laptop HD. At first it was working fine and I haven't thought much of it but recently MacOS started acting weird. The first thing I noticed was that Clover somehow "forgot" my primary boot drive. This wasn't a huge issue though, as it was booting just fine once I hit enter on the drive selected. I updated Windows 10 to a newer build, however, I did all of this with the SSD drive unplugged just to be sure. Now Windows is working properly while MacOS is having some quite frustrating errors which make it impossible for me to work... Anyway, the problems are the following: - random reboots - apps freeze or won't start just "bounce" - internet not working(eventhough every other device connects just fine) - system is laggy overall I have tried emptying NVRAM int Terminal but I only got a message saying 'Error clearing firmware variables'. I've been searching for solutions on the web for the issue at hand but struggled to find one... I would really appreciate some help. I attached my config.plist down below. If more information is required, please let me know. Thank you!! config.plist
  2. Hello there, I've successfully installed Yosemite on my PC and everything is working fine except the system is very laggy (almost unusable) My specs are: CPU: Intel Core2Duo E7500 2.93GHZ GPU: AMD 5570 1GB Ram: 4GB M.B: Gigabyte G41-MT-S2P What could possibly be causing the problem? Or is my system just not strong enough? Should I try El Capitan or would it naturally require more power than Yosemite?
  3. Hi all, I Installed Yosemite recently and I've been experiencing lag often when multi-tasking. My specs are: M.B:Gigabyte G41MT-S2P CPU: Intel Core2Duo E7500 2.93GHz Ram: 4GB Kingstone DDR3 VGA: AMD HD 5570 1GB Is it because of the RAM? will the lag be eliminated if I upgrade the RAM to 6 GB? (1x 2GB + 1x4GB) Thanks!
  4. I managed to install OS X after some problems, but the maximum resolution I can set is 1024 x 768, and, in "About This Mac" it says I only have 3 MB display graphics memory. I actually have 2 Sapphire R9 290s, which each have 4 GB memory, so what's the problem here, and how can I fix it? Thanks,
  5. Hi its my first post(and sorry for my english), I have a problem after update 10.9.2, its my first hackintosh ,in secure mode all works well, but if i try to boot it normal its works slow and laggy. I try 3 kernels with their own System.kext and Sandbox.kex and a lot of bootflags...the only thing i know its that if disable my graphic card "nv_disable=1" it works ok... but without graphics ,so i think its a graphic problem... My build CPU: FX 8350 MB: MSI 970 Gaming GPU: GTX 770 Gigabyte some more? EDIT: Solved!!!!! I only change the S/L/Extensions Folder with the backup from 10.9.0 and it works fine but i want to know...:Works te same folder (i think it was graphics kext) to...10.9.5???
  6. I've successfully installed High Sierra (10.13.0) on my system using Clover: 2x Intel Xeon E5410 16GB Ram GTX 950 Everything is running fine except the GPU. I've tried the web driver's latest version and 378. but both are very laggy/sluggish. I've also tried installing Lilu and nVidiaGraphicsFixUp kexts but they didn't change anything. Have someone managed to make this card work with High Sierra?
  7. I installed 10.9 over my fully working 10.8.2 install and everything thing is fine, apart from my graphics perforamnce, which is poor. It boot fine with GraphicsEnabler=no and system profiler said I had a 7mb video card, with no graphics kext being used apparently. With GraphicsEnabler=yes it detected the card but it said 0mb VRAM and I had no acceleration(laggy graphics and opaque top bar). I had the same performance with both GraphicsEnabler options. I have the 10.8 web drivers installed, unless they were deleted in the 10.9 install, but can I use them with a boot flag or by deleting kexts? Does anyone know a solution to this? The nvidia web drivers cannot be installed on 10.9 but can I use the ones already installed from 10.8 with a boot flag? Thanks.
  8. Hello everyone ! Iv'e managed to install mavericks on Gigabye H81 with on board Graphics (Intel HD 4600).. I had problem with the VRAM on the graphic it didn't got to 1024MB always on 64MB, Finally I got it to 1024MB by updating to 10.9.5 Install IntelAzul kext and using chameleon 2.3 with GraphicsEnabler=Yes IntelAzulFB=10. anyway, my problem is the graphic is poor, everything works laggy when it comes to Graphics.. I thought the VRAM thing will solve the problem but still nothing... I wanted to know if everyone here had or saw this problem and knows how to solve it? another problem I got is I can't make the audio works.. I tried ALC892 so far.. and nothing Thanks !!!
