  1. With the purpose of running the beloved Apple Mac OS X on our Intel ASUS laptop I am writing this guide to share my experience and knowledge about this Hackintosh. This tutorial applies to running versions between 10.9 and 10.11.6, focusing specially in El Capitan. This method applies also for Sierra but at the moment my WiFi Card doesn't work well with 10.12 so I chose to remain in a stable Mac OS X I have 99% functionality: What Works : WiFi, Bluetooth, Airdrop, HandOff, FindMyMac (WiFi card has to be replaced, I put a BCM94352HMB) Full QE/CI acceleration with integrated HD4400 graphics Trackpad with 1finger, 2finger, 3finger and 4finger gestures Keyboard (Perfect with Volume, Brightness, Play/Pause, Numpad working) Battery Percentage Sleep, Shutdown and Reboot Internal Speakers, Internal Microphone, Headphone Jack, HDMI audio DVD Drive HDMI audio and video VGA out iMessage and FaceTime Recovery Partition What is not working Internal SD Card Reader When you install Clover Bootloader to your USB media or HDD you should select the following options: - Install for UEFI booting only - Install Clover in the ESP - Drivers64UEFI (Fat-64, OSxAptioFix2Drv) After installation is complete, the EFI partition we want to configure will already be mounted, so we proceed to open it and do the following Install HFSPlus.efi and NTFS.efi in drivers64UEFI folder and remove VboxHFS.efi Open the folder /EFI/Clover/kexts and delete all the folders starting by 10 and leave only the “other” folder In the above mentioned “other” folder place the kexts that I will quote next, please note that the kexts marked in red are the absolute necessary ones for booting Mac OS X installer , the rest should only be installed afterwards, after having Mac OS X installed to your hard drive and directly to /System/Library/Extensions : ACPIBatteryManager.kext AppleALC.kext ApplePS2SmartTouchpad.kext BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext BrcmPatchRAM (Mavericks) or BrcmPatchRAM2 (Yosemite or later) CodecCommander.kext DisableTurboBoostBattery.kext FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext (Only for El Capitan) FakePCIID_IntelHDMIaudio.kext FakePCIID_BroadcomWiFI.kext (makes my BCM94352HMB work) FakePCIID_IntelHDGraphics.kext FakePCIID.kext FakeSMC, HWInfo, IntelCPUMonitor (HwSensors3 from Slice) IntelBacklight.kext RealtekRTL8111.kext USBInjectAll.kext (Only for El Capitan) After all the kexts necessary are in the correct folder, proceed to mimic my config.plist Note that the Kext patches included only work for El Capitan. If you want older version support, post here and I can help. I recommend using Clover Configurator App config.plist.zip For your SMBIOS choose MacbookPro11,2 and shake those serial numbers to really get a genuine one. In order to get everything working properly , follow these guidelines for ACPI tables patching. Firstly, press F4 at Clover GUI in order to dump the native ACPI tables. You will most probably get a crash, a red screen full of weird black numbers and strange symbols, do not worry, just force shutdown. At the next boot if you look in /EFI/Clover/ACPI/origin in your USB you should have a bunch of files. After getting MaciASL and acpica tools from RehabMan (always updated) and installing them, and adding rehabman’s laptop dsdt patch repository, which is this: https://github.com/R...ptop-DSDT-Patch I recommend patching these tables before installing Mac OS X in order to have a better user experience and better functionality as well as a cleaner and smoother install. Your computer may not even reach the installer since we have no way of disabling our discrete NVIDIA Geforce 820m without getting our hands dirty in DSDT patches. Delete all files that don’t start with DSDT or SSDT- If you have an SSDT with an x just delete it because it is dynamically loaded and so does not need our attention. Place the files in our interest in a folder and: cd /path/to/a/folder iasl -da -dl *.aml After obtaining the .dsl files you should open them and check for errors. In the latest BIOS we have the following errors: DSDT- We will find 4 errors The parse op Zero errors can be fixed by deleting all the “Zero” you find in the conflicting place The remaining two errors are fixed by applying the ADBG fix from RehabMan repo SSDT-1- We find many errors and all can be fixed by applying the patch “Remove _PSS placeholders” SSDT-12- We find an error related to a specific sector of a cryptic DOS device, we can safely delete these following lines from the SSDT Now that all our ACPI tables are nice and clean we can proceed to patching First of all, open all the tables at the same time and hit Command + F to bring up the Find Replace dialog box and Find:GFX0 and Replace it with: IGPU Find:B0D3 and Replace it with HDAU Do this in all the tables, so the renames are the same in all your tables When that is done, apply the following patches to the DSDT: Use the patch "DTGP" (you can easily find it with our friend Google ) Use the patch "Fix _WAK Arg0 v2" Use the patch "HPET Fix" Use the patch "SMBUS Fix" Use the patch "IRQ Fix" Use the patch "RTC Fix" Use the patch "OS Check Fix Windows 8” Use the patch "Add IMEI" Use the patch “7-8 Series USB” Use the patch "USB PRW 0x0D" Use the patch "Igpu Brightness Fix" Use the patch "Audio Layout id 3" When you have applied the Audio Layout Patch just Find: layout and it should show the only result, then make that part look like mine, so that you can use AppleALC for native on the fly audio If you want HDMI audio you should open SSDT-10 and find layout again and make it look like the one you just edited in DSDT, we do this because we want layout-id 29 instead of layout-id 3 For battery percentage you should use the ASUS N55SL/Vivobook patch Finally when you did all that you should follow RehabMan’s tutorial for Disabling Discrete Graphics Cards, on a web which I am not allowed to mention. This will give you much more battery life and a lot less heat. You should read it properly and you will notice there is close to no difference between his example and our laptop so it will be easier than it looks like. Make sure you also use the patch he posts to fix shutdown and sleep when our NVIDIA is disabled. After all the ACPI tables are properly patched save them all and cd /path/to/where/your/patched/tables/are Then delete all the original aml files And then iasl *.dsl After getting the resulting patched aml files, place them in /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched for Clover to load it Place them all together in /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched and in the ACPI section of your config.plist make sure to "Drop OEM" tables and set the "Sorted Order" as I did in the attached config.plist. Before installing Mac OS X make sure in your BIOS you have legacy mode disabled and you have secure boot and fast boot also disabled, so that Clover works well. Also make sure the controller is set to AHCI mode. Remember to use a GUID partition table on your Hard Drive and if you plan to dual boot just create two Mac OS Extended Journaled partitions, don't create any Fat partition using Disk Utility cause that will leave you unable to install Windows in UEFI mode. Post-Install Finally you will need to generate an SSDT using ssdtPRGen.sh (this can only be done when you have installed Mac OS X) https://github.com/P...ha/ssdtPRGen.sh Add it to the Sorted Order and you are done Make sure to set the hibernate mode to either 0 or 2 . You can copy the colour profiles from ASUS Splendid Utility and use them in Mac OS X, but for my eyes, I prefer the default LCD one This is the first fully functional Hackintosh I ever accomplished and it took me a few months of learning… I am using Mac OS X for about two or more years in this Hack and I am still in love like the very first boot hihihi This is almost the perfect HackBook and has worked since Mountain Lion until now Hope you enjoyed!
  2. Hi guys. Sometimes I am a complete noob, so I deleted two kexts from S/L/E and now my Asus Q200E laptop with OS X El Capitan boot hangs on kernel panic. I still can enter go through Clover to reach Recovery Mode and use Terminal, so I've put the two kexts on a USB pendrive and after some struggle I've managed to succefully copy them using Terminal, but the boot is still stuck on kernel panic. As I remember, these are the commands I've typed: mount -rw cp -a /Volumes/usb-stick/name.kext /Volumes/my-osx-drive/System/Library/Extensions Is there anything else I should do? Is anything wrong? Should I type some command else? For instance, should I type something to fix permissions and rebuild cache? Thanks a lot!

  6. Hi insanelymac, I'm using a Dell All in one Inspiron 5348. It has a Pentium dual core G3240 Haswell clocked at 3.07 ghz in Mac. I've successfully booted and installed Mac Os X el capitan on an external hdd using a fake cpuid (0x0306E0) its ivybride. But my problem is the drivers. The only thing I could remotely do is wifi. I've installed the kexts for my wifi card. What I need is to install intel hd graphics (desktop) kexts and audio drivers (alc668) I've tried doing every method. Except for Ddst because I don't understand it whatsoever. Also found this thing called xcpm and was wondering if I can just spoof the graphics ids or something like that. Hopefully you guys can help me and thanks!

  8. Hi guys, I Have an ASUS N752VX, and I've installed mac OS High Sierra, in my laptop. Unfortunately I have some problems with kexts. NOT WORKING: - Touchpad I2C, - Ethernet. P.S. Maybe , the second one, is caused by my USB Wi-fi, because my wi-fi module seems to not work 'cause it is not compatible!
  9. i have ended up getting high sierra installed on my intel DQ670w board. i used a premade high sierra/clover dmg i extracted to a usb flash drive. right now the audio, networking arnt working and the video card i have in the machine an nvidia geforce 1050 gtx ti it works but has very very very choppy/jittery video. i did find some kext files for the network and audio but when i put them in the extensions folder they didnt do anything to add audio or networking. also i have to get the machine to boot from the hard drive rather then having to boot the usb flash drive to get the hard drive to boot and i have to work on the video card stuff as well. i am not to good at this stuff cause usually when i have tried stuff i end up breaking stuff or that stuff doesnt work. i am not all that code or certain tech savy. i am not the brightest. i like things laid out where its all like this is the files and where you get them from this is how u work with them kind of thing. it does agravate me when people just wont lay out stuff as like a dummy book does and makes everything easy. i tried on facebook groups and got as far as to be told what kexts to find but never told where to find them. i did try to look on my own and i did find a few kexts but they where ones that needed alterations to the os to even make them usable. the video kext or driver i was told to install it and do something like change something to true. all i need are the kext files and to make the machine boot from the hard drive rather then complaining it doesnt have an os on the drive or having to use the usb flash drive to make it boot and the video files and to know how to deal with the files and make them work without having to start over with everything and reinstalling stuff
  10. Hi everybody. I can't install my graphics card on my Hackintosh. I've tried several methods and no one of them work, when I go to the tab "About this Mac" it says on Display that I have a 3MB screen and I don't have 1920x1080 resolution.I'm a beginner here in the Hackintosh world so please be patient with me. Hope you can help me. Thank you. Also I'm uploading my Clover folder. CLOVER.zip
  11. Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I have a pretty old laptop that I'd like to get Snow Leopard running on. At first, I tried booting Nawcom's ModUSB with a retail DVD image, but I would always get kernel panic, no matter what I tried (I couldn't even get to the installer). So I decided to try a distro, after trying many different things with ModUSB. I decided to use Hazard's 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2/SSE3 Intel/AMD distro. I was shocked when it booted to the installer with no issues! I formatted the HD as Mac OS Extended (Journaled), GPT. I then installed Snow Leopard. After a while, the installation succeeded, and I was happy. It went ahead with the restart necessary for the installation, and... kernel panic. The same kernel panic I got before when trying ModUSB. I was really disappointed. I've tried many things: boot flags, such as: acpi=off arch=i386 GraphicsEnabler=No PCIRootUID=0 -f -s -x (and more, including verbose mode of course) booting the installer again after successful installation, and then going to System/Library/Extensions on the HD in terminal, then: "chmod 755 *.*" as well as "kextcache -a i386 -m *.*" reinstalling with no customize options selected apart from the boot loader (first installation, things such as the legacy kernel and specific kexts were specified) and probably some other things that I can't remember right now The thing is, if the installer can load with no issues, then Snow Leopard should work fine too, because they're theoretically (don't know for sure) using the same components (kernel, kexts, etc.). If I boot the installer in verbose mode, it gets right past the part where it kernel panics after installation just fine. This makes me think that something is configured differently after it is installed - something that the installer does not have - which is causing the kernel panic and preventing the boot. Here are the specs of the laptop I'm trying to install this on: Intel Pentium M 753 ULV @ 1.2GHz 1GB RAM 855GME Graphics/Chipset I know that this probably isn't the most compatible with SL, and I know the chipset/graphics are unsupported. However, I think I will be able to get it to work eventually, I just need some input on what might be going on. Looking at the kernel panic, it points toward AppleACPIPlatform.kext, but I don't know what's exactly wrong with it that is causing the kernel panic. Please take a look at the verbose mode image I have attached. I appreciate any and all help I receive!
  12. Hello, so I created 'Bootable Sierra USB' and successfully installed it on my old laptop 'Dell XPS 17 (L702X)' and it boots just fine. Now I need to figure out which are the best kexts for my hardware to install. So I'm asking for help from the experts, I need the following kexts for my hardware: Ethernet Audio TouchPad (Synaptics) Fn+Brightness Control USB 2.0/USB 3.0 Any other important kexts I should install? So can anyone guide me with links for the following kexts? I also have 'config' and 'DSDT/SSDT' files from my old 'Yosemite' build can I use them on my 'Sierra'?
  13. Hi to all of you happy users of hackintosh community ! This is my first post here on InsanelyMac and it will be a bit longer because I have a problems that I couldn't solve without someones help who's a bit more experianced then me in tweaking and patching a hackintosh. This laptop will be a present to someone and I have only one week from now to finish it up and then I have to send it abroad. Thanks in advance. The configuration is dual boot with prior Widows 10 installed on Samsung EVO 850 - 250 GB partitioned like: 1st partion was 100 MB EFI and is now 550 MB after deleting second Windows MSR partition 2nd partiton is still 16 MB MSR Windows 3th partition is Windows 10 NTFS with 99 GB 4th partiton is Downloads NTFS with 70 GB 5th partition is OSX Extended journaled with 35 GB 6th partition is OSX Recovery Extended journaled with 620 MB 7th partition is Acronis FAT32 with 27GB It's a Dell Inspiron 7537 Notebook: Motherboard Product: 038M0M - Intel Lynx Point-LP, Intel Haswell BUS ratio: min 8 max 20, 20, 28, 31 x 100 MHz CPU and RAM: Mobile DualCore Intel Core i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz - RAM: 16GB DDR3 - 1600MHz Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4400 and nVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2GB Monitor: LP156WF4 Dell 890N5 @ 1920 x 1080 - Touchscreen BIOS: A14 - Audio: Realtek ALC283 - Intel 8 Series Chipset SATA AHCI WiFi: Intel Wireless N7260/Bluetooth is changed for Broadcom BCM94352HM Ethernet-RTL8168/8111 CardReader RTL8411B - 4 Intel USB 3.0 ports Dell Touchpad Webcam - DWGV8 SSD 850 EVO 250GB I have found on the internet working installer image with Sierra 10.12.4 and I placed it on the USB with TransMac and I tried to install it, but it didn't work right from the box untill I didin't find a "good" .config file with good flags for this laptop and I replaced it in the Clover. It has Clover 4049 in the EFI partition on the USB installer. That was my first problem to get Clover working on SSD but after some time I succeed to install the newest Clover 4128 on the SSD - EFI partition. I have installed at least 10 times this Sierra image on this laptop before I came here to post all of this because apparently I make always same mistake and I can't go any further with it. I hope that I did not messed too much with all of this because there is still working Windows 10 with working 4128 Clover. The only problem is that in biginning after first few times unsuccessful install of OSX I had different behavior then now of OSX if I would like to start it from SSD. In beginning, if I check flag -V and I try to start from SSD it will come to one point and it will hang enternally at that point and I must to restart notebook via the power button because it will never boot to OSX desktop without USB installer. I "played" apparently a bit too much and after changing and putting the same . config to EFI partition on Clover and sometimes even Clover will not show up untill I don't swich off the power on notebook. I went further and I thought, O.K. I will continue with installing kexts to see what I can get working. It was also not so easy and acctually I still don't know exactly which kext I really need to install and what I should avoid to install assuming I didn't use any patched DSDT cause I never make it so far. What I got it to work somehow till now with Pandora's Box (Before that I tried and other post install tools as Vietnam tool 1.9.6 with not so much succes, actually after using the Vietnam tool I got this kernel panic and immediate rebooting if I try to boot from SSD and it's never gone even after deleting the whole OSX partition and Pandora's box is noob's friendly tool) is: Booting from USB installer, Sound, Ethernet, USB (but I don't know if it's full speed or not) Some hardware monitoring info, touch pad and keyboard, trimming. I changed internal WiFi Intel N7260 card with bluetooth for the one Broadcom BCM94352HM WiFi+Bluetooth card which is here and overall advertised as working out the box with OSX but I didn't get it working untill now. Dedicated Nvidia GT 750M video card is not working and also Intel HD 4400 looks a bit too slow by opening applicatons box in the OSX. Webcam doesn't work, hibernate doesn't work, touchscreen doesn't work and booting from SSD doesn't work. This time I have installed OSX again and I have pressed F4 to extract my original DSDT file from this notebook(I don't know if it does a metter that I pulled DSDT.aml file after install of OSX and not before installation, I mean after rebooting) but I didn't boot to finish installing until I don't get good information from someone who knows where I make mistake. I only tried to boot once from SSD to see if something is changed with immediate kernel panic, but there is still one there waiting to be removed. - I have attached here Clover config file which is in the EFI partition on the USB and it's a same config file from EFI on the SSD. - Also I have attached an already patched DSDT file for Dell Inspiron 7537 which I found here in Download section but it is patched for El Capitane and is not from this laptop so I don't know if it can help. - I also added a full folder of Clover from the EFI partition on the SSD. Who can help me to bring this installation to the end ? I have not so much time to finish it so please don't hesitate to help me in it. Thanks ! Greetings from Holland ! Config file from EFI partition in Clover.7z Patched DSDT from InsanelyMac for El Capitan.7z Not patched DSDT from this Dell 7537.7z CLOVER from EFI partition on the SSD .7z
  14. Hi all, I have a Dell Optiplex 780 Desktop that I turned into a Hackintosh. Everything is okay so far, other then a few things; I cannot buy a Wifi adapter at this point in time because my router is far away from my Hackintosh and long range adapters are very expensive, far more then I want to spend. I have a MGM Electronics WiFi USB (Part number 831-3397) laying around, is it compatible with macOS Sierra? It worked on Windows 7 when it was installed. I also created my installer with a universal beast that is titled 7.0.1, and the Clover version is 3766. I have a bunch of kexts and configs that do not work well with the latest version on Clover, and when booting, sends me into a kernel panic. Is there anyway I can install 3766 to my HDD, or do I have to use a new set of configs? I used this setup: CLOVER.zip Can someone help me install Clover to my hard drive and have these files work for it? Thank you all so much in advance

  17. I need any help I can get! I had Yosemite running on a Hackintosh I built in '13, and used #####/##### to make and update it. I needed to get Wifi working, so I followed a guide about changing some hardware, and the guide mentioned editing the DSST. This is where my wifi solution came from: https://rampagedev.w...-wifi-solution/ The article is out of date but the computer was built '13, I figured it would work fine. Long story short, in trying to edit my DSST, I installed Clover with no customization, onto an existing Yosemite, with no backup USB. 18. The only kext being injected in Clover is FakeSMC.kext yet somehow VoodooPS2Controller.kext is running when I boot with clover and kexts from S/L/E are being disabled. For instance, my battery and hardware sensors kexts are disabled when I load from Clover but work when booting from Chameleon. I have checked every folder, there are no Voodoo kexts, is there a driver or something injecting Voodoo kexts in Clover, the only changes I've made is in the config file? When I boot with Chameleon all of my kexts from S/L/E are working fine and VoodooPS2Controller doesn't load (as it should). Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong? I have an Asus UX303LN and these are my specs along with my config file. i5 4210u 1TB HDD Intel HD 4400 nVidia 840m [disabled in Clover] FocalTech Touchpad config.zip

    Hex Patcher

    Version 1.1.0

    698 downloads

i have created a little Hex patching utility, to help keeping all patches together and make easier the patching thingy. How it works: If you need to patch a kext, move it to your desktop (the app will not patch and save a kext if it´s in S/L/Extensions folder). Navigate inside the kext into contents/MacOs Drag the Binary you will find there into the app. Add the codes to be patched and the patches to the app. Patch the binary. Save the binary (the app will do a backup from the binary prior to patching). Install the kext with your favourite kext installer. You can save and edit the patches sets using the upper part of the app, so they can be stored and retrieved later. Enjoy!! PD: it can patch whatever Mac Osx Binary.
  21. OK, I have been running 10.9.5 for a year now on my little Acer Aspire 4752. Thanks to user RGhabriel, who was prepared to make the jump to Yosemite, I quickly followed hearing news of his success. Original Mavericks guide and kextpack here -> http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/300289-acer-aspire-4752-1095-guide-with-kextpack/ The last page or so covers the installation of Yosemite. The only change I made (after manually installing Chimera) and updating to 10.10.5, was to install Clover (to ESP, bootloader boot0ah to MBR, and only driver selected was 64bit SATA). I only have one operating system, so was not concerned about dual-boot etc. On installation, you need to add NullCPUPowerManagement.kext in /S/L/E until you patch AICPM. You then need to remove BOTH AppleBCM7xxx kexts from plugins in IONetworkingFamily, and /S/L/E, reinstall using Kext Utility from kextpack. Also, I am using patched AppleUSBXHCI.kext plugin (in IOUSBFamily.kext) for USB3.0 - it works GREAT!!! If your SMBIOS is set to MacBookPro8,1 then the only change you need in Clover is Intel injection... I will post my config.plist for Clover, along with a few extra essential kexts (USB3.0/Ethernet etc.) shortly. Stay tuned for that. Obviously, I'm using latest Clover, and I didn't bother with the extra patches for VGA/HDMI-AUDIO/Bluetooth. Apart from those three items (which ARE FIXABLE) it runs as well, if not better than, the old Mavericks 10.9.5 install. I may experiment with patching IntelSNBFramebuffer kext to get HDMI-AUDIO working in the future... That is something that I may need. Three apps were incompatible on upgrade... Yahoo Messenger (who cares), Bartender (old version anyway), iPhoto (this is an important one, but an update should be available). Java for Mac OS X 2014-001 needed to be reinstalled (and there is a -002 update somewhere too). Some apps may need to be re-registered, but that is no big deal. I will hook this up to the WIFI later tonight, and see if I have any worthy updates to install. I am very happy with the install thus far, and don't miss the unpatched non-working items. Except for the installation of Clover, patching of AICPM kext, and installation of USB3.0 + Ethernet kexts -- the procedure I followed was identical to @RGhabriel's instructions.
  22. ATi 7850 in 10.8.3 needs patch kexts (AMDRadeonAccelerator.kext & ATI7000Controller.kext) Replace text '0x68181002' in Info.plist with '0x68191002' to both kexts. How can I use Clover's KextsToPatch to do this? I tried but I failed. <key>0</key> <dict> <key>Name</key> <string>AMDRadeonAccelerator</string> <key>Find</key> <string>0x68181002</string> <key>Replace</key> <string>0x68191002</string> </dict> <key>1</key> <dict> <key>Name</key> <string>ATI7000Controller</string> <key>Find</key> <string>0x68181002</string> <key>Replace</key> <string>0x68191002</string> </dict> Won't work. You will see a black screen when start Clover and can't do anything. I've tried use base64 to encode hex '0x68181002' and set the type to <data>. It didn't work either.
  23. Hi, I hope I'm posting this in the right forum. (I'm a noob when it comes to things like this) I'm a bit new when it comes to Hackintosh, but I'm really stumped about this. I recently got Kalyway 10.5.2 to run on my old Asus M6800n notebook as that was the only version of Leopard I could get working. The setup didn't include the right kexts for my graphics card (ATI Mobility Radeon 9600) so I left them uncheck. Rest of the setup went fine, just had to install some missing Network and Sound kexts. When that was all done I edited the com.Boot.Apple.plist so that it wouldn't be stuck in 1024x768, which worked. But now I'm having this problem. The screen that is actuall on the notebook shows everything fine. However, the external Acer VGA monitor I have hooked up to the notebook has it's edges cut off. You can see these in the pictures attached. This is the screen of the Asus M6800n. As you can see every thing is on screen. This is the Acer VGA Monitor. As you can see the top and sides are cut off and not visible. I've looked through many forum posts, done tons of searches and all of the methods I found don't seem to work. One that involves modifying a Callisto kext seemed like it might work, and I would have tried it but it seems that the Callisto website is dead. I'd really like to use this monitor as the hinges on the notebook screen are partially broken. So, in short the apple menu bar and sides of the screen are being cut off on my external monitor but not my notebook's screen. If anyone knows why this is happening or what I can do to fix it please let me know. Thanks

  25. In this forum is possible to use the file manager to upload files, photos/.plists or kexts. With our File Manager, follow this steps: Go to "More Reply Options" Bellow the page you'll see the option "Attach Files", select it an a window will be opened, now select your pic/file. Wait the upload finish... Now you can add it in your post/topic. Some notes: When you upload some file (.plist/kexts or ioreg files ) always compresses the file, after that you can send it here. If you'll create a new topic, the "More Reply Options" doesn't will appear. Just "Attach Files" option are available.
