1. I previously used iAtkos ML2 to install Mac OS X (Mountain Lion) on my computer, and when booting iAtkos from USB I used the boot flag -s for it to work. Everything was working perfectly, though to boot Mac I had to insert a USB with iAtkos installed on it and boot from there. I tried to fix this by installing bootloaders.(I also had Windows 7 on another partition which would boot if the USB wasn't inserted) Then Mac wouldn't boot even with the USB inserted. So, I formatted the Mac partition and tried to boot the iAtkos installer again, though when I booted with the boot flag -s, after typing exit when prompted it would get stuck at "logout". If I do not use the boot flag -s it gets stuck at the apple logo (previously it had a cancel logo on the apple logo, though now it doesn't stop loading). 3. Hello, my name is Joe. Im having a lot of trouble with iAtkos ML2. My first problem was installing to my computer for the first time. I took me a litte over 30 trys using bootflags to finally get to the installation screen. I entered a bunch of bootflags that I can't remember. I entered -v to see what line of text it stopped at and it stopped at "BootCacheControl: can't open var/db/BootCache.playlist: 2 No such file or directory" On my last attempt I entered a boot flag which I can't remember what it was but it finally got me to the installation setup. I set up everything how I want and installed and restarted when finished. When it booted back into iAtkos everything was running pretty good. I decided to install Kexts. I used #####, but I can't remember which Kexts I used but I dont think they were not correct. When I rebooted, it went to the Apple logo then 3 seconds after a grey screen dropped from the top to the bottom then displayed a messaging saying that I need to restart my computer. The message was displayed in about 5 other languages too. No matter how many times I restarted it did the same thing. So I reformatted my hard drive that iAtkos was on so I could install it fresh again. The problem now is that it won't boot to the installation screen. It stops on line "BootCacheControl: Can't open var/db/BootCache.playlist: 2 No such file or directory", Any help would be greatly appreciated. 4. Several months ago I built a hackintosh using iAtkos-ML2. Since then I have successfully upgraded the system to 10.9.1 without issues; everything works correctly. This hackintosh also dual-boots Windows 7 on a separate HDD. My problem isn't really a problem, but an annoyance. The iAtkos boot manager screen displays four partitions of which only two are bootable. Is there a configuration file that can be modified to display only the bootable partitions? P.S. I'm posting here because InsanelyMac is generally a much friendly environment than the official iAtkos forum.

11. Well all day now ive been trying to get this working. And i managed to get it to go further than it would before. But then, when i boot it with -v bootflag, this comes up "USING 4587 BUFFER HEADERS AND 4096 CLUSTERS IO BUFFER HEADERS" and it wont go past it. Has anyone else come accross this problem and how did you go about fixing it, or how would i get past it? Laptop Spec: ATI Radeon IGP 345M 128mb Intel Pentium 4 3.06GHz 1GB ram

[aiuto] iAtkos L2 HP netbook

Grazie in anticipo P.S.

14. Hi Guys, I earlier had iAtkos ML2 installed on my PC(with Windows 8.1), which was working fine, and recently I upgraded my Graphics card(Intel Chipset to nVidia GT610) and also upgraded to Windows 10. Since then, Mac wasn't working. The bootloader would start and sometimes later says, 'Errors Encountered...' and reboots. I also have Ubuntu installed in the same PC, which is working fine. I formatted the HFS+ drive from windows, and tried reinstalling ML2. It would show up some initial things, and gave some lines(as usual as in my previous successful installation), and rebooted automatically. Yesterday, I got a copy of iAtkos Y 10.10.3 Yosemite, and I created a bootable USB and plugged it. As in my ML2, it booted up and asked me whether clover or chameleon, and I chose clover, which again went to show apple logo and rebooted immediately, an USB started again(same error as in ML2 installation), and now I chose Chameleon, the result was similar to that of ML2 installation. I used EasyBCD to boot up Windows and Ubuntu with Metro style bootloader. I also have my quick booting disabled. What is causing the issue? Any Help? Thanks in Advance. P.S.- *Mine is non-UEFI *I tried one thing...I changed my active partition to the partition to which I had planned to install Mac, and booted Mac, and still got the same problem. *The lines which showed up before rebooting in the chameleon bootloader were like, ....Unknown Architecture....Errors Encountered.... The same had happened in my first installation, but was successful

19. Hello Hackintoshers! :-) The Credits go to Nawcom for creating the Original Atom diff and Meklort for his Injection Method! Also this forum here where I found the solution for the lapic_native.c problem! Thank you Some of you who tried to install OS X Lion on a HP Mini 110 may get the error saying that there is a Bug in the file "lapic_native.c" (like me), so I decided to apply Nawcom's diff for Intel Atom Netbooks to the Darwin 11.2.0 Source (OS X Lion 10.7.2), and add the fix used by many other HP Laptops. Tested on a HP Mini 110 - 3500 - Installing and running 10.7.2 (With iAtkos installer). The Kernel is 18 MB and supports 32 and 64 Bit. mach_kernel (HP Mini fixed).zip
20. Hi Everyone, I have just suceessfully installed iAtkos l2 on my PC. Somehow it is already installed wifi and ethernet and video drivers. It works like a charm. Although I am having a few small issues. 1. After it installing i removed the iAtkos l2 (OS X lion) DVD from the pc and restarted... it says Operating System Not found. This i found weird becuase in the customization of the install it already checked chamelon bootloader. (I don't have any other HDD or OS by the way) My hard drive size is 1TB and 6GB ram. Please tell me how to fix this becuase i can't boot without putting the iAtkos l2 dvd in and manually selecting. 2. I noticed that after installing skype while i am in the middle of a call it says a message on the screen you need to restart your computer. 3. I think this is already working but just to make sure how do i check for qe/ci. 4. My main issue is just getting the no operating system found error away and making it boot without me putting in the dvd itself. Also if it helps in my bios i have UEFI Enabled. Should i disable it. And i installed mac on MBR should i install on GUID does it make any difference. Please help me asap. I would really appricate it. Thanks!

Periferica audio: Realtek ALC272 - High Definition Audio Controller HardDisk: WDC WD6400BEVT-22A0RT0 (596 GB) Scheda Wireless: Atheros AR5B93 Wireless Network Adapter Scheda di rete LAN: Broadcom NetLink BCM57780 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller Ringrazio chiunque mi possa aiutare
24. I finally successfully installed OS X Leopard using iAtkos 7. I just follow the instructions and I have OS working. However, the graphic mode is very low (my graphics card was not recognized) and it is not stable installation (each time I change something, make an update, run ######, I can not boot back into the system). Some functions (surprisingly) work, such as Ethernet and USB. Can somebody help me with setting drivers for my system? Where to get them and how to install them? All components of my computer should be Vanilla friendly (I have a CustoMac recommended build). Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3 CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 5770, 1GB Also, I researched my Graphics card and found following information: Device ID-0x68B8 OSX 10.6.7 ###### 3.2 ##### 2.7/ ATI drivers from 3.4 using Notshy's method FrameBuffer=Vervet / ATI Experimental Chameleon Boot - ###### 3.3.0 - GraphicsEnabler=Yes - 64 bit=YES!! So can somebody help me to fix drivers and make my Hackintosh fully potential? What exactly steps I need to do? Thank you in advance.
25. First a few things hidden as SPOILER. You should read it if you see this the first time: Warnings: 1. For WiFi you will have to change your WiFi card in the Laptop. Buy a AR9285 card for $15 and put it into your laptop or use an USB WiFi Dongle. 1. VOODOOHD Audio will cause a very loud feedback loop between your Mic and your Speakers. Don't install them! Search for custom kexts. 2. You will see an error message about nVidia ROM patch every time. Just ignore it. GUIDE 1. Boot from DVD with iAtkos L2 (hit ESC at ASUS Logo and choose your DVD - hit enter) 2. At the BootLoader hit F8 and type: -v cpus=1 busratio=22 3. After booting on the Install screen choose your language and "Continue" 4. From the top menu bar choose "Utilities" then "Disk Utility" 5. Mark your partition and "Earese" as MAC OS Extended (Journaled) 6. Close "Disk Utility" 7. "Continue" and "Agree" to the iAtkos Terms of Use 8.
