Hi all I'm trying too many days to enable resolution in my Mavericks with Intel hd2000 Today I saw pokenguyen AIO excellent guide and he wrote there that hd2000 isn't supported for Mavericks Does it mean I can't get resolution other than 1024??? I don't need acceleration!! The guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/298027-guide-aio-guides-for-hackintosh/ Maybe I need to change to another OS X? Right now I'm injecting with dsdt device id 126 (real is 102) and getting appleintelgraphicshd3000.kext loaded But only 1024 px However appleintelsnbgraphicsfb.kext isn't loaded And when I replace it I get drmstatus error And I've noticed many of my kexts has no info.plist Is that a problem? Which kexts do I need? Can I copy kexts from cameleon recovery drive? I'm using latest clover right now Thanks!!
Hello, Ok, so, this question has probably been asked a few times but I am really not sure how to decide. I currently have a PC with Windows 7. 8GB Memory, Intel Core i3-3240 with AMD Radeon HD 6670 Graphics Card. I was going to install Niresh 10.9 on this machine with the chameleon bootloader. However, I wanted to know if this PC would work and would the graphics be reasonably okay?
IDunnoAtal posted a topic in OSx86 10.8 (Mountain Lion)Hi, I have been wondering for a while now and trying to install Mountain Lion on my desktop due to a previous thread I posted here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=281856 I have a modded BIOS of the BIOS revision 1203 (needed more like) for AHCI for all sata ports (just to give you a more in depth view of my board) the link to where I got it from is here http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-solved-p5kc-bios-need-ahci When I used ###### I got an ACPI Kernel Panic, same goes for Lion DiskMaker. I am running on Mac OS X 10.6.8 using a (legacy patch), I even tried using the chameleon boot loader (which stated it needed a legacy_kernel) So I dumped the hidden legacy_kernel from the root of my "Hackintosh HD" (As I named it) into the root of the drive and nope nothing just spins and spins and spins. I don't remember what it was exactly but it was on the boarder lines of "clusters and IO headers". Before it was just: Apple Logo for a split second, black screen, back to BIOS. But when I go into the BIOS to disable ACPI support it does the cluster hang. If you need an insight to my specs here they are: MB: ASUS P5KC CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.4Ghz G0 (SLACR) Non-OC RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR2-667Mhz (2x2GB) (Going to go 8GB or 4GB DDR3 soon (depending)) GPU: GIGABYTE NVidia GeForce 8400GS GDDR2 Sata DVD Drive HDD(s): 250GB Seagate (SATA), 160GB Hitatchi (SATA) Thanks in advance.
Hello guys, First of all this is my first hackintosh. I managed to install OS X 10.13.3 on my build: I5 6600k asus gtx 1060 strix oc msi z170a krait gaming r6 500gb ssd Samsung EVO 850 2x Dell 21" 1080p displays connected with DP Everything is working, gpu, cpu, network, audio. The benchmarks made with Geekbench 4 are showing much better results then on my 15" mbp mid 2015. The problem is with the ui seems to be laggy and having some minor glitches. I have installed the Nvidia WebDriver 3184.108.40.206.25.156 version. The clove config is pretty basic (it's attached) My question is does any one has any tips to improve my config? Don't forget this is my first hackintosh and I'm quite noob in this. Sorry if I did not post this in the right place. PS.: I'v updated the config to disable intel inject and I'v added Lilu.kext and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext into EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other and I can see an improvement but still not perfect. I'm looking for some other tips. Best wishes, Andrei config.plist.zip
