  1. Hello! I have a GA-Z87M-D3H running OS X 10.9 build 13A603. I also have a MacPro5,1 SMBios (attached) generated using Chameleon Wizard and some settings in my org.chameleon.Boot.plist (also attached, in the same .zip). My problem is that when I click 'Apple Menu' - 'About This Mac' - 'More Info...' I am greeted with some incorrect info (see attached screenshot). I can see some of the following being issues: Is my boot loader maybe not loading the SMBios file? Do i need to edit /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist? What can I do to get correct info shown? (without editing anything in ~/Library) Thanks in advance! smbios and chameleon boot plists.zip
  2. Good day everyone, After a successful Mountain Lion install i began to do a few tweaks to the system to achieve a more stable one. Everithing works except sleep, it goes to sleep, it wakes up, but the screen stays blank, no confirmation from volume keys. The fans powers on and that's about it. If i leave the system to enter display sleep. the screen turns on but it shows color noise for about a minute and then returns to normal. I tried everything from SleepEnabler.kext the mountain lion version, to BIOS tweaks but nothing works. This is the current system setup Mountain Lion 10.8.2 Installed with Chameleon. Asrock Z68 Pro3 2.10 IvyBridge Bios with power management modification from semisnake i3-2100 @ 3.10Ghz Corsair Vegeance 16Gb RAM @ 1600Mhz EVGA GTX 560 non-ti(Works OOB) Audio works ith AppleHDA and HDAEnabler from toleda Standard HDDs SMBios ATM is iMac 12.2 but i tried all of them with no luck. I added a DSDT file for the system but i don't think that's the problem. DSDT.rar Can there be anything that i'm missing? Also i get that stinking USB device is drawing too much power alert every time i power on the system, but i don't any USB devices inserted except USB apple keyboard and USB MagicMouse. Can that be fixed? Thanks a million!!!
  3. Hi all. I made a new utility for Chameleon. It helps to install, update and download latests revs of this bootloader. Features: Installing Chameleon with boot0, boot0hfs and boot0md install methods. Updating Chameleon only by replacing boot file. Downloading latests revs from server. EFI Partitions are supported! org.chameleon.Boot.plist editor. SMBios.plist editor. Modules manager. Themes downloader. bdmesg diagnostic messages reader. DSDT: Compiling, Deassembling, Patching and Extracting. Works on Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion and Mavericks. Universal binary: x86_64 and i386. Download link: http://wizards.osxlatitude.com/chameleon/download.html Please report me any bugs or ideas for new features. I would never make this application without support and ideas by osx86.org.pl team. Thank you, guys! Thanks a lot to the whole Chameleon team for the awesome work. Thanks to q64ceo for allowing me to host my applications. 4. Hi everyone, I search for a long time now why I can only run Mavericks on a P8P67 with an iMac 12,2 SMBios ? If I put a MacPro 4,1 or 5,1, I've got a "P.State Steppe error18 at step 2 in context 2 on CPU 1" and then a KP. My spec : ASUS P8P67 modified bios, I5-2500K not overclocked, 8Go DDR3 Corsair Vengeance, Asus GT640. By the way, i've update to 10.9.4 and, as 10.9.3, I've lost my second screen but can't resolved this without rollback to 10.9.2 nvidia kext !!! cordially
