  2. Hi guys, I have an Asus P6t Deluxe V2 board with a core i7 920, 12 gigs of ram (6 sticks), running 10.7.2. Everything is pretty much great except for the Kernel Panics I'm getting on restart/shutdown. I've repaired permissions already. Here are some screenshots of the KP after I attempt to restart. As always thanks in advance for looking this over and any suggestions/help/explanations, there is always more to learn with this hacking. https://dl.dumptruck.goldenfrog.com/p/yzVDvmlLq9/Kernel%20panic%202012-08-08%2007-25-33-096.jpg https://dl.dumptruck.goldenfrog.com/p/Pl3BskxBvz/Kernel%20Panic%202012-08-08%2007-25-36-719.jpg
  3. Hello everybody. I'm about to go to bed, so it'll be a bit before I reply unless someone offers a solution. My latest in a sea of seemingly-infinite problems is that 3rd party programs seem to crash the system, forcing a reboot after locking up. This has occurred with FL Studio 12 Mac Alpha, Pro Tools|First, and ROBLOX. Other than that, I'm about ready to write a success story!
  4. Hi All, I have a dual-boot system using a 3TB hard drive with Windows 7 (EFI) and OS X 10.8.4 installed. It has an Intel DH77EB motherboard and an Nvidia GT 610 video card. I am using Clover as the boot loader installed on a USB flash. When I choose to restart Mountain Lion, the system shuts down the OS, and the tower stays on, but does not restart unless I press the reset button. Shutdown and sleep functions work fine, however. I am using the default settings in Clover though I don't know how to tell what version it is. I clicked "About" and I see rEFIt version 2.09. Clover was installed to USB using a utility from cvad-mac.narod.ru called BootDiskUtility.exe. How may I tell what version of Clover I have? What should I try to fix the restart problem? Thanks, Bernie
  5. Hi All; I've been trying to find a resolution to a couple of issues i'm having with a new installation of Mavericks (10.9.4) using the Clover (current Version) bootloader on a GA-Z87N-WIFI board. The system in general is performing well; however when asking the system to shutdown or restart, the OS goes through the process (it seems) then the computer turns off (both at shutdown or restart) and then turns back on again - When the OS loads, it advises it didn't shutdown correctly. Wake on LAN is disabled in the BIOS and disabled via the Energy Saving Preferences. Second issue is with the OS turning the displays off. I had this setting on at 5 mins - at this time the displays turn off, but when wanting to wake the displays up (via normal methods), I get nil response - however, the computer doesn't seem to be frozen. Any idea's would be most helpful. Thanks in advance!
