    DSDT-HP Pavilion 15-cb028nl

Grazie mille!!
  2. Hi Forum, Basically I have spare computer which is a HP Pavilion t124a and I'm thinking of possibly turning it into a hackintosh. I do not know which type of distro of either 10.5 of 10.4 I should use. I have had success with the iPC 10.5.6 Public Beta, well... I mean I was able to boot the Install disk straight up from the Disk Drive without using a 'booter' (##### etc). The problem is... is that I don't know what kexts to use. I kinda based the kexts on what my computer hardware has, then I install it then come to the Darwin/x86 screen (Asking me to press any key to continue or to press F8 for boot flags) I choose the Boot flag option and type -f and -v as iPC recommends to. It then starts up with Apple Logo then loads the kexts for about 30 seconds then It loads up the first time set up then has a kernel Panic when I was up to putting my Registration Information in. while in -v mode it does come up with errors regarding com.superhai.GenericCPUPowerManagement or something like that. I don't know what kexts to use with this machine If possible, could someone tell me what kexts I use from my system ( My System Specs are... - 2.53GHz Intel Pentium 4 - 1GB RAM PC2700 (2x512 DIMM) DDR - Samsung SV076AH 60GB IDE - HP cd-writer/dvd-rom combo drive (I'm writing like a noob) - Gigabyte Geforce 6500 256MB AGP - Intel ICH4 Chipset - Realtek ALC650 Audio (AC'97) - Realtek RTL8101L I want know what kexts I should use regarding to the... - Kernel - Video Drivers (The motherboard uses AGP, do have the AGPGart 2.7.1 along with the NVinject 256MB or either one. OS X detects the Graphics card is on AGP thanks to AGPGart 2.7.1, but need drivers for the Geforce 6500/6200LE!!! - Power Management (GenericCPUPowerManagement by superhai wasa giving me a Kernal Panic) - Fixes and Patches - DSDT Patches (Which one do I choose that works?) - AppleSMBIOS (Do I need one? If I do, which one best works for my system) - Alternate Bootloaders (Do I need one? If I do, which one best works for my system) Thanks.
  3. Hey guys, I'm new here and have very little experience playing with OSx86. I've been trying to find the best way (if possible) to install any version of OSX on my laptop, but to no avail. I cant find anything in regards to my specific laptop model. So I was wondering if you folks could give me hand (even if its to point me into the right direction). My current setup: HP Pavilion DV6-7063sa Intel® Core™ i7- 2670QM Processor [4x 2,2 GHz] NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M [DDR3 2GB] 8 GB DDR3 1TB HardDisk [5400 rpm] Windows 7 + Ubuntu 12.10 If you need any more information just ask. Thanks in advance, Aarron
  4. Hello, I need help installing "Mac OS X Lion" on my "HP Pavilion g6-1095st". I used iATKOS L2 + rBoot LE (chameleon is not working?) for installing os x on my pc. Succesfully installed with "cpus=1 busratio=23". Here is my setup configuration: Bootloader Chimera 1.6 [*]Bootloader Options Graphics Enabler (default) Built-in Ethernet (default) CPU Throttler Original Apple Boot Logo [*]Patches FakeSMC (default) Disabler (default) RTC RTC (default) [*]EvOreboot (default) [*]Drivers Main Hardware Sound VoodooHDA v2.7.3 [*]Hardware Sensors CPU [*]PS/2 [*]Laptop Battery [*]Network Wired Realtek RTL8111/8168 But, It freezes on apple logo. A woman voice saying "Mac OS X have a screen reader named VoiceOver." I can use my keyboard to manage VoiceOver, so sound and keyboard works! Tried many Boot options but none of them work. Here is some of them, "Normal Boot" = Kernel Panic "cpus=1 busratio=23" = Screen doesn't work. "-v cpus=1 busratio=9 GraphicsEnabler=No" = "DSMOS has arrived." "-v -s cpus=1 busratio=23" = Opens Command Line. I can use my keyboard to write something. Seems like I have a problem with my Graphics Card. With some searching I found my pc has 2 Graphics card. One named "ATI Radeon HD 6470M" and other named "Intel HD Graphics 3000" Intel HD Graphics 3000 natively supported by Mac. ATI Radeon HD 6470M have some problems with OS X I'm totally stuck now and need help!

    HP Pavilion dv7 3020ed - Hackintosh?

Hi everyone, I've read that someone managed to install OS X Snow Leopard on an HP Pavilion dv7 3020ed and since my dad has this exact same notebook, I thought it'd be nice for him to get OS X running on his notebook. Now, I do have an iMac but I'm not familiar with installing OS X on non-supported devices. I've tried it once (it failed), but I'm a bit unfamiliar with this whole kext-thing. However, since I know that it is possible to get OS X up and running on this notebook, I'd appreciate any help from you guys! HP Pavilion dv7 3020ed - AMD Athlon II dual-core processor (M300) @ 2 GHz - 4 GB DDR3 SO-DIMM - 320 GB SATA-HDD @ 7200 RPM - ATI Radeon HD 4530 w/ 512 MB VRAM
  7. Hello, i'm a new member and a week ago i managed to install Mavericks on my HP Pavilion. I did a new clean install, installed the bootloader, managed to install some kexts for the Power Management ecc.. but i don't understand why i've got problems booting without the usb always. With the usb boot everything seems to work fine, but when i reboot without there's always something wrong. Now i get the following kernel panic and can't boot without stick. (picture) (i read that maybe it has to do with the intelHD3000, but what should I do in order to fix this??) Thanks in advance. specs: 2,2 GHz Intel Core i7 2760QM chip HM65 RAM 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Intel Graphics HD3000

    HP Pavilion p6130a SUCCESS!

I wasn't expecting this to be a success. Windows AND Linux both showed only 2GB available RAM (even with 2x2GB DDR2 800 sticks installed). Running Pentium Dual-Core E5200 +512MB GeForce 8500 GT + 500GB SATA HDD and SATA DVD-RW Only USB 1.1 ports on rear. 2.0 ports on front of case. Needs AICPM patch and AppleRTC patched. Updated FileNVRam kext + module required (so stuck with Chimera - no dark boot screen) :-( Installed to GUID partition, keep booting from USB stick until Chimera installed. All 4GB showing and usable. SATA chipset shows up blank in About This Mac. Computer goes to sleep well and quickly, but suffering black screen on WAKE :-( Apart from that, it seems to be running 100%. Sound working with patched Mirone AppleHDA + HDAEnabler5 kexts. Network running at full 100BaseT thanks to Mieze 8100.kext (has 8101e). GeForce 8500 GT runs perfectly OOTB. No injection needed. This was an interesting build. Do not know if I will keep it, as the fan on the 8500 GT is on the way out, and very noisy. It came with a healthy 430W Thermaltake power supply... Anyways, if you need any help with this machine in the near future, reply or drop me a message. I installed the NEC USB2.0 4-port PCI card which I purchased for real Mac (OS X 10.1/10.2/10.3). I thought it would work OOTB, but it doesn't work at all. Shame really, as I wanted some USB 2.0 ports on the rear of the case.
