  1. Use Intel HD4000 graphics card with 2 GB of memory, is outstanding! Thanks a patched AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext then you have 2 GB instead usually only 1GB Grafikkspeicher. This significant better performance in OpenGL. Test in Mavericks 10.9.5 latest Build an Yosemite 10.10-DP7 ok. See here: AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext.zip
A questo punto, provando uno dei seguenti platform-ig che attivano (connettono) il Framebuffer del AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext: ig-platform-id: 01660000, Stolen RAM for FB: 96MB, Pipes: 3, Ports: 4, FBMem: 3 ig-platform-id: 01660001, Stolen RAM for FB: 96MB, Pipes: 3, Ports: 4, FBMem: 3 ig-platform-id: 01660002, Stolen RAM for FB: 64MB, Pipes: 3, Ports: 1, FBMem: 1 ig-platform-id: 01660003, Stolen RAM for FB: 64MB, Pipes: 2, Ports: 2, FBMem: 2 ig-platform-id: 01660004, Stolen RAM for FB: 32MB, Pipes: 3, Ports: 1, FBMem: 1 ig-platform-id: 01660008, Stolen RAM for FB: 64MB, Pipes: 3, Ports: 3, FBMem: 3 ig-platform-id: 01660009, Stolen RAM for FB: 64MB, Pipes: 3, Ports: 3, FBMem: 3 ig-platform-id: 0166000A, Stolen RAM for FB: 32MB, Pipes: 2, Ports: 3, FBMem: 2 ig-platform-id: 0166000B, Stolen RAM for FB: 32MB, Pipes: 2, Ports: 3, FBMem: 2 ig-platform-id: 01620005, Stolen RAM for FB: 32MB, Pipes: 2, Ports: 3, FBMem: 2 ig-platform-id: 01620006, Stolen RAM for FB: 0MB, Pipes: 0, Ports: 0, FBMem: 0 ig-platform-id: 01620007, Stolen RAM for FB: 0MB, Pipes: 0, Ports: 0, FBMem: 0
Come risolvere?

  3. I have stumbled upon a strange behavior that I haven't seen explained anywhere, but hopefully someone can help explain or even help me solve the problem :-) I use an Asus Sabertooth Z77 motherboard with an Intel i3770K processor and use the internal HD4000 graphics processor. The display is using the Display Port. I have had lots of trouble getting the system to boot, but after using Chameleon 2.2 svn r2266 it kinda works. The thing is that when I boot, the screen goes to black and the hard drive continues to work for some time and eventually stops. I discovered that the machine will eventually go to sleep, and when I wake it up, the desktop appears on the screen in high resolution, and everything seems to be working. My solution so far is to set the computer and display to sleep after 1 minute. I have tried several things to make it work without having the machine go to sleep, including setting IntelCapriFB to all values between 0 and 11, but either the values make the machine non bootable, or they provide the same behavior as explained. I have never seen a scrambled display using either of these values as others have reported. Does anyone have a good explanation why the display only works after sleep, and can someone help me get this fixed?
  4. My situation is really strange. I installed Windows 8.1 and Mavericks in one hard disk drive with three partitions, one for each operating system and one just for storage purpose. Since my wireless network card (BCM943142HM) is not usable in OS X, I bought a USB Wifi Adapter (TP-LINK TL-WN725N) so that I could access internet. But when I use a lot of internet bandwidth (downloading torrents) the computer freezes completely. So I decided to work heavy internet use in Windows and just specific tasks on OS X. I’ve been using my computer in this way for almost 8 months without any additional issues. But recently I found somewhere that in order to stop the random freezes caused by the high internet’s bandwidth use, I had to disable Spotlight. So I did it, but the freezes continued. However I noticed that I could use the computer for a longer period of time before it froze again. So here is the problem. Yesterday, after some of this freezes I restarted the computer and now it beeps 8 times while booting indicating a display problem according to Dell, and the display shows up like this while booting and in Windows: But inside OS X the screen turns off. When I perform the display test according to Dell (holding down the D key and then pressing the Power button to turn on the computer) it shows solid colours indicating that the display panel is working correctly. Right now I’m using an external monitor connected to the HDMI port which is working correctly in both operating systems. Inside OS X it’s like there is no display panel connected to the graphics adapter, and in Windows it detects the display panel as a generic monitor. I’m really concerned about this. I know this is not a common problem, so I would appreciate any help!
