1. DISM is your friend! Part 1: (For all the computers that don't have UEFI) Prepare two USB keys, one with El Capitan & one with Windows 10. First put the Windows USB, during the installation (when it asked the Windows code) press shift + f10 and will open the command prompt: diskpart list disk (list of your hdd) select disk 0 (0 is number of your hdd) clean (ATTENTION clean all your hard disk selected) convert gpt create partition efi size=200 (creates EFI partition) format fs=fat32 label=EFI We made a EFI partition. In my Hdd I have 3 partitions ( 1 for Mac, 1 for Windows=Ntfs & 1 in exFat for sharing files between the two systems). create partition primary size=100000 (1 partition for Mac OS X 100GB) format fs=fat32 quick label=Mac (after we will format in HFS+ with disk utility) create partition msr size=128 (creates Microsoft Reserved) create partition primary size=100000 (1 partition for Windows 10 100GB) format fs=ntfs quick label=Windows (format in Ntfs) create partition primary (creates a partition with the remaining space) format fs=exfat quick label=Hdd (format in exFat) Now the fun part. We should insert the letters for the partitions. Check select disk 0 list volume (check the assigned letters, REMINDS the letter assigned to the USB "example d") list partition (check the number of partition EFI "example partition 1") select partition 1 assign letter=h list partition (check the number of partition Windows "example partition 3") select partition 3 assign letter=g exit Then we have the letter "D:\" for the USB, "H:\" for the EFI partition & "G:\" for the Windows partition. Now we need to copy the installation files from the USB to the Windows partition. cd\windows\system32\ dism /apply-image /imagefile:d:\sources\install.wim /index:1 /applydir:g:\ Break.... Now we need the Windows EFI boot files. cd\ g: bcdboot (check the command line) bcdboot g:\windows /1 en-us /s h: /f UEFI (in my case "/1 It-it") Restart the computer with the Mac USB "Clover bootloader", then select Microsoft EFI and start the installation of Windows 10 in FULL GPT. If you don't see the exFat partition in Windows don't worry. (Take a program like Partition Wizard, format the partition in NTFS and assigns the letter D:\. Now open the command prompt administrator and write: diskpart select disk 0 list partition (check the partition before-exFat = after-NTFS "example partition 4") select partition 4 format fs=exfat quick label=Hdd Now you must have the partition exfat visible and writable) Part 2: Important! Don't format or delete the EFI partition. From the Mac USB we need delete AppleIntelHDGraphicsFB.kext. Now we go in to the installation of El Capitan, with disk utility format the partition "Mac" in HFS+ mac journaled, then install Mac OS X. While starting El Capitan from your hard drive, we must block AppleIntelHDGraphicsFB.kext and AppleIntelHDGraphics.kext. (& add cpus=1 or patch with clover) When El Capitan is started: Patch AICPM with Clover Configurator Install Clover like this (of course without installation El Capitan) "Legacy mode" Replace the config.plist in EFI partition and add SMBIOS with clover configurator - macbook pro 6.1 Put the DSDT Put HFSPlus.efi, NTFS.efi in drivers64 folder Insert and replace all kext PS:During the first system start we must go in the system preferences, keyboard, shortcuts and change the key combination of brightness (f2- f3+). Work: Intel Core i5 460M Intel HD Graphics (Clean graphics without artifacts) Wifi & Ethernet (Atheros AR9285 & Realtek 8111) Stereo speakers & Microphone (IDT92HD81B1X5) Keyboard & multi-touch touchpad Memory Card Reader Camera All USB Battery Sleep & Wake Brightness Values App Store Don't work: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 (Blocked by BIOS) FaceTime (With Rom,SN,MLB valid work) iMessage (With Rom,SN,MLB valid work) Maps Thanks : GhostRider - pokenguyen - Mirone & Micky1979 - RehabMan HP El Cpitan.zip

DSDT-HP Pavilion 15-cb028nl

Grazie mille!!
3. Ok, after updated macOS High Sierra to my HP x360 Haswell HD4400 i7-4510u, Dell Inspiron 7352 Broadwell HD5500 i7-5500u, now it's the HP M7-J120DX haswell HD4600 i7-4700MQ. 1. Use Clover 4243 or higher. 2. Use newest Rehabman kexts: all FakePCIID.kexts - 3. Use 1.2 Lilu.kext, AppleALC.kext, AppleIntelGraphicsFixUp.kext. 4. Use AppleALC.kext to patch IDT-111D76E0 using layout ID 12. Cheers, Louis

AppleAHCIPort.kext (for RAID)

Version 1.0 (only version)

2,464 downloads

This modified AppleAHCIPort.kext makes it possible to Hackintosh laptops and desktops that are locked in RAID SATA mode. I've personally only tested it with the HP m6-1045dx laptop, which uses a classic locked BIOS and HM77 "Panther Point" chipset paired with the Ivy Bridge i5. Based on the nature of the kext, I would say this can work with other computers, just give it a go! ------------------------ Why do I need this kext? If your SATA-connected hard drive isn't being detected by the OS X installer and you have no control over SATA mode in BIOS/EFI (ie, IDE, RAID, AHCI modes). Common with the latest (2012 at least and newer) HP laptops, probably the trend for many OEMs these days. ------------------------ Install via Kext Wizard, probably a good idea to rebuild cache/repair permissions (also via Kext Wizard) while you're at it! Thanks to eep357 for making this file!

I am going to be installing Yosemite on a HP Z400 that has a Xeon W3635 and I am replacing graphics with an R9 270x. The Z400 is coming in on Monday and I was wondering if It would be a good idea to record my entire process and upload the video to help others that may be having trouble? Would anyone be interested in this sort of video and I will also try El Captain and do the same if people say they would be interested

10. Hi Forum, Basically I have spare computer which is a HP Pavilion t124a and I'm thinking of possibly turning it into a hackintosh. I do not know which type of distro of either 10.5 of 10.4 I should use. I have had success with the iPC 10.5.6 Public Beta, well... I mean I was able to boot the Install disk straight up from the Disk Drive without using a 'booter' (##### etc). The problem is... is that I don't know what kexts to use. I kinda based the kexts on what my computer hardware has, then I install it then come to the Darwin/x86 screen (Asking me to press any key to continue or to press F8 for boot flags) I choose the Boot flag option and type -f and -v as iPC recommends to. It then starts up with Apple Logo then loads the kexts for about 30 seconds then It loads up the first time set up then has a kernel Panic when I was up to putting my Registration Information in. while in -v mode it does come up with errors regarding com.superhai.GenericCPUPowerManagement or something like that. I don't know what kexts to use with this machine If possible, could someone tell me what kexts I use from my system ( My System Specs are... - 2.53GHz Intel Pentium 4 - 1GB RAM PC2700 (2x512 DIMM) DDR - Samsung SV076AH 60GB IDE - HP cd-writer/dvd-rom combo drive (I'm writing like a noob) - Gigabyte Geforce 6500 256MB AGP - Intel ICH4 Chipset - Realtek ALC650 Audio (AC'97) - Realtek RTL8101L I want know what kexts I should use regarding to the... - Kernel - Video Drivers (The motherboard uses AGP, do have the AGPGart 2.7.1 along with the NVinject 256MB or either one. OS X detects the Graphics card is on AGP thanks to AGPGart 2.7.1, but need drivers for the Geforce 6500/6200LE!!! - Power Management (GenericCPUPowerManagement by superhai wasa giving me a Kernal Panic) - Fixes and Patches - DSDT Patches (Which one do I choose that works?) - AppleSMBIOS (Do I need one? If I do, which one best works for my system) - Alternate Bootloaders (Do I need one? If I do, which one best works for my system) Thanks.

14. Hello all, I have successfully installed 10.8 on a partition on my HP ENVY dv6-7247cl and am able to update to 10.8.1. After using the 10.8.2 delta update or the 10.8.4 combo update, however, I encounter "Still waiting for root device" when attempting to boot. Though I have scoured forums all over the internet, I cannot identify the cause or find a solution. Any help for this inexperienced hackintosher would be greatly appreciated! Edit: Managed to install 10.9 DP1 on another partition, but I still get "Still waiting for root device." If anyone could offer some ideas, that would be fantastic. 15. Hello I aqm somewhat of a n00b can someone please tell me a detailed explanation on how to use Iatkos s3 v2 correctly to boot up Snow Leopard with my model? thanks
16. Greetings my fellow hackers! I've run into a bit of a conundrum. I've recently created a Mavericks installation usb, i'm trying to upgrade from Mountain Lion 10.8.3. I installed Clover as the bootloader on the usb, and spent all of last night until i realised that i missed the USB 3.0 driver, solved that thank God. Now however, it seems like my current hurdle is the message "This disk cannot be used to start up your computer" when i try and select the partition/drive i want to install Mavericks to. I've read around and it seems like the suggestions everyone gives is to shrink the targeted partition slightly (1Gb) with disk utility, and try again. I've tried this, and am still getting the same result. The other suggestion i've read is to format the whole drive clean and then try to install. My goal however is to do an in-place upgrade without losing files and already-installed apps, especially since i don't have access to another hackintosh, legit mac, or computer capable of booting into the installer to fresh install (originally installed ML with this latter method). A clean install is going to be my last resort, and i actually don't think i'd have that many issues this time around. Clover boot manager seems to have prevented the issues i usually have with my limited access HP BIOS settings. 18. No demais só fica aparecendo no boot "Waiting for DSMOS", "DSMOS has arrived" e "hmm.. mismatch sizes 3100 vs 20". De patches eu usei estes: SSDT: Gerada pelo script ssdtPRGen DSDT: SMBus Fix - HPET Fix - RTC Fix - IRQ Fix - LPC Haswell - Add MCHC/IMEI - Battery Pavilion n012tx - - Áudio Layout ID 3 - USB 8 series - USB3 (PRW0x06D) - Rename to EH01 - Replace names - Rename to HDAU/IGPU - Disable from REG (RP05) SSDT-3 : Cleanup/Fix - PNLF Haswell - Rename to HDAU/IGPU - - Graphics HD 4600 (Rename HD4400) SSDT-4 : Cleanup/Fix - Replace names - Rename to IGPU - Disable from INI (RP05) SSDT-5 : Replace names - Rename to IGPU SSDT-0-1-2-6-7-8: Rename to IGPU Estou deixando os relatórios do Darwin Dumper e config do clover. 19. Cosa posso fare? Grazie in anticipo per le risposte! WebRep currentVote noRating noWeight
20. Recently i installed the Lion OS into my hp dv6-2190us laptop. I have dual boot, windows and mac. installed windows first, and use chameleod 2.1 to enable the dual boot with no problem. Hardware: Sound: IDT Audio. have sound output but the volume control is not working Graphic: Nv GT 230m. work with "Graphic enabler", Brightness level is not working. Wireless: Bcm43225. not working. bought another mini card (AR9285) to replace the original one. Lan: work with Realtek 81XX kext Keyboard and Touchpad: work with the kext pack from osx86, but the guesture works occasionally. It is still buggy in the Chameleod Wizard, i only checked a few options as shown in the attachment random cpu panic occurs when starting the laptop. if keep trying hard reboot it, one to three trials will make it boot in to Lion OS X. Is there a way to fix the random panic? I wasn't able to do a DSDT patch since i am a n00b in the osx86. does the DSDT patch will help to fix the random panic? Anyone who has info to deal with the problems above, please do post a reply and will be appreciated. Thanks in advance Edited (12/30/2011) Volume control have been fixed by editing the info.plist inside the kext package. Let "VoodooHDAEnableVolumeChangeFix" entry to be "true" before installing the kext. I have tried to patch the DSDT, no luck for know. those problems still persist. and i found that, the brightness level can be actually changed by changing it in windows system and then reboot back to mac. anyone are good at patching the dsdt? please enlighten me!! i really need help!!!! here is my untouched DSDT file dsdt.rar
No windows é facil, é so ir no gerenciador de dispositivos.
