  2. Hello all. I am new to these forums and Hackintoshes in general. I successfully installed OS X Snow Leopard using an official Snow Leopard install DVD I own and some other booting tools. I suppose I don't have an official Hackintosh in the sense that I run OS X from as a guest machine. If it helps, I use Oracle's VirtualBox. The VM runs perfectly fine. I used a combined update to update from the first version of Snow Leopard (available on the install disk) to the last/latest version of Snow Leopard. So, with that being said, is it possible to update the operating system while my guest is running without having to change things around? I'd ideally like to be running OS X Yosemite. The Yosemite OS update is available from the App Store for free right now, but I'm a little hesitant to run it at the moment. I was reading somewhere that you should only update your Hackintosh with combined updates from Apple. Any truth to this? I sincerely apologize for my ignorance. As you can tell, I'm still learning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Agradeco alguma ajuda...
  5. So, I'm running Mac OS X snow Leopard in VirtualBox and I got everything working pretty well. Slow downs here and there, but it's VirtualBox. I successfully updated it to 10.6.8 and had to force edit PLists to get a good resolution. Now, I'm wondering, how can I get proper drivers for it? I mainly want to do this so that I can test Minecraft type things (like say I fork something like InsideJob and I want to test if it works or not) and also, to get the sexy transparent menubar. Whenever i run minecraft, I get an LWJGL/OpenGL sort of bug and I'm not quite sure how to fix it. In addition, the App Store is very slow and Im thinking graphics might help a little =P So, if you guys need anything else about the computer besides the following information, let me know below Compter: Lenovo IdeaCentre Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.2 ghz 4 gb of ram (~3.7 usable) Intel Express Chipset (Allocated 128 mb along with 3D and 2D acceleration) Windows 7 Ultimate x64/~20gb Alloated for an Ubuntu 11.04 partition I really hope you guys can help me, I'm not expecting to be able to play Minecraft on super duper settings with decent FPS but I at least want to be able to play it with all the settings turned down and at least get 25 FPS just to test =) Thanks in advanced, Mike PS, I used LeoHazard 10.6.2 as my install base and updated it to 10.6.8 =P
  6. Inception After my experience with iAtkos s3 v2 and Acer Aspire One D150 i decided to write a guide can help someone. Hardware Config: This is the hardware configuration of my Acer Aspire One D150-1Bb. It's very important check the components. CPU: Intel Atom N270 @ 1,6Ghz 32-bit RAM: Corsair 2Gb Video: Display Intel 945GSE Wireless: Broadcom4312 Ethernet: Atheros AR8121 Whats is necessary 1. USB Pen 8Gb 2. Ethernet Network 3. An other Hackintosh o Mac 4. Many patience. Pre-Install: Boot from USB After you download the iAtkos s3 v2 (Snow Leopard 10.6.3) ISO you can restore it on USB at least 8Gb. You can do it with another Mac or Hackintosh, or if you have external DvD reader, you can create a DvD to boot. Restore the ISO of iAtkos with Utility Disk and then you must install the bootloader. The only one that works for me it was Chameleon v2 RC4. Pay attention where you install the bootloader! Chameleon 2.0 RC4.zip After that the iAtkos is ready to install. Installation The BIOS Put the USB before start the PC. On Start push F2 to access to BIOS where we need to set the Hard Disk in SATA Mode. So, from "Information" tab slide to "Main" tab and scroll down to "SATA Mode". Set it on "AHCI". After that slide to "Boot" tab and scroll down to USB HDD, pushing F6 take the usb on the first place. Now save all with F10 and Yes. The USB will boot. The Installer I don't write flag on boot for the installation, if you have some problems you can try with verbose (-v). During the installation the trackpad will not work, but the keyboard yes, so you can use a USB Mouse (mine is a wireless mouse, so i suppose they works). With Utility Disk create the partition e go on with the installation. When you select the partition where you want install iAtkos, go on Customization (button on bottom left - I'm Italian, so my label is different). You need to install: Bootloader: Chameleon v2 RC4 (the others bootloader gives to me only problems) Bootloader Options: GraphicsEnabler, USBFix Patches: /Extra directory, fakesmc, Disabler, RTC, Modified Kernels -> Intel Atom, USB, UUID Main Hardware: SATA/IDE: AHCI SATA, Intel SATA/IDE Audio: Voodoo Audio PS/2: Voodoo PS/2 CPU Power Management: select all Laptop Hardware: Battery, Card Reader, TSC Sync VGA: Intel (select the first three voice) Network: Wireless: don't select anything. Bcm4312 card gives to me some problem during the first boot, so we will install it after. Wired: Atheros (Select all) Now you can install iAtkos s3 v2. Post-Install: il primo avvio Try one first boot without flag on boot, if you can't start try with these: -v -f npci=0x2000 arch=i386 cpus=1 GraphicsEnabler=No(o Yes) Follow the first boot and the configuration of your account and now download all necessary files for setting up the aspire one, because after that you can have some USB problems. Now reboot. Because the CPU is an Intel Atom we need to use a modified kernel. You can find here ( here the original post) the atom kernel of Snow Leopard 10.6.8 . More or less i followed the post step by step, skipping some step about SL 10.6.7. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT do a backup of the kext IOUSBFamily.kext e IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext that are necessary to work the USB after the update, that replaces this files. What you have to do: 1. Download and unzip the kernel on Desktop 2. Start Terminal.app and write this sudo -s mv ~/Desktop/mach_kernel_atom / cd ~/Desktop mkdir backup cd /S*/L*/E* cp -R AppleHDA.kext ~/Desktop/backup/ cp -R IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext ~/Desktop/backup/ cp -R IOUSBFamily.kext ~/Desktop/backup/ Now you can start the update ONLY FROM COMBO UPDATE (you can find here). IT'S VERY IMPORTANT that, when update finish: NOT reboot. 3. Back on Terminal and write cd /S*/L*/E* rm -Rf AppleIntelGMA950.kext rm -Rf AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext rm -Rf AppleHDA.kext cp -R ~/Desktop/backup/* ./ 4. Delete SleepEnabler.kext On my installation the "Extra" folder was hidden, so with ShowHiddenFiles.app you need to show it. ShowHiddenFiles.zip Delete SleepEnabler.kext from /Extra/Extensions*. *(If you don't find SleepEnabler.kext on /Extra/Extensions search it on /Sistema/Libreria/Extensions) What you need to do if you forget to delete SleepEnabler.kext 5. Restore USB kext We put "backups" folder on S/L/E (/System/Library/Extensions) folder so copy IOUSBFamily.kext and IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext and paste it on /S/L/E. If you not have a backup there is mine: USB Fix 10.6.8.zip Repair permissions with KextUtility. 6. Edit kernel on boot.plist On my Extra folder i don't have any org.chameleon.boot.plist, so i edit com.apple.boot.plist on /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration. Copy the file and past it on Desktop, then open it with TextEdit.app, changing: <key>Kernel</key> <string>custom</string> to <key>Kernel</key> <string>mach_kernel_atom</string> PAY ATTENTION about you write. For a wrong word the system doesn't boot Check that the value <key>USBBusFix</key> <string>Yes</string> is in the file. Now save and copy com.apple.boot.plist in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration replacing the older. [if you want you can copy it also on /Extra] If you want: You can create org.chameleon.boot.plist copying the text of com.apple.boot.plist and you can create the smbios.plist file with Chameleon Wizard to put it on /Extra. 6. Now you can reboot. First boot after Update to 10.6.8 Now we not have any VGA driver, so: 1. from the backup folder restore the AppleHDA.kext on /System/Library/Extensions. 2. unzip the VGA drivers: 3438-GMA950 for 10.zip and put all files on /S/L/E/. 3. Repair the permissions with KextUtility.app 4. Reboot. Wireless 1. From SLE copy IONetworkingFamily.kext and past it on Desktop. 2. Now put it on /Extra/Extensions. (Don't skip the copy on Desktop or you can have permissions problem) 3. Unzip the driver Broadcom Broadcom43XXFamily.kext.zip and put it on /Extra/Extensions 4. Repair permissions 5. Reboot Issues Trackpad: After the repair of USB and reboot the trackpad doesn't works, so i fixed it with this pkg VoodooPS2Controller.pkg.zip USB recognized by System Information but not mounted: You need to restore IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext (at the end of topic) and IOUSBFamily.kext, both of kext. At the time all seems works! Credits A special thanks to carbo178, which helped me to solve all the problems after installation and without whom I would have (most likely) trashed my netbook Files Chameleon 2.0 RC4.zip ShowHiddenFiles.zip USB Fix 10.6.8.zip Kernel Atom qui (Original post qui) 3438-GMA950 for 10.zip Broadcom43XXFamily.kext.zip VoodooPS2Controller.pkg.zip
  7. Is there a Snow Leopard or even a Leopard distro out there that would be compatible with my PC? Processor Type: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Processor Speed: 2GHz Chipset: NVIDIA nForce 410 RAM: 1GB Graphic Processor: NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Motherboard: Foxconn C51GU01 Any help or information would be appreciated.

DSDT ?, String ? La config est dans la signature.
  11. Guys, I'm trying to install Snow Leopard on a ThinkStation S10. I have to use "GraphicsEnabler=No" so far and I tried to install a BCM57 kext but now it freezes after loading the desktop. Does anyone have any experience with this desktop? Thanks.
  12. Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 with an ATI X1300 graphics card and a Core 2 Duo 1.83Mhz. I wanted to put Snow Leopard or Lion on it but I can't seem to get it to work. iAtkos S3 V2 doesn't install for some reason and I tried Hazard but that kept freezing up and crashing. I tried iAtkos L2 and everything worked fine except my mouse ran very very slow. Does anyone know any good Snow Leopard distros or a way to fix my mouse on L2? Thanks in advance.
  13. I have VMWare Workstation 8 and an AMD system(AMD-V Enabled), and I would love to install Snow Leopard on it. But I can't find any decent guides to do this, and I'm looking for some guidance. I want to install it with the least modifications as possible. So could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks all in advance.
  14. I am new to this forum so be kind Before I begin, these are my specs: AMD Athlon II x4 ASRock N68C-S UCC mobo 8gb DDR3 Hyper X RAM Samsung Spinpoint 1tb HDD Ok so I have successfully installed Leopard on my build using iDeneb but I now want to install Snow Leopard using Hazard. This has worked before (a while ago) but I only had 1 hard drive at the time so I decided to scrap OSX and just use Windows. But now I have 2 hard drives and I want to install OSX again. The problem occurs after I have loaded Hazard with BootCD. When Hazards starts it opens a dark grey screen (no apple logo) and hangs their with the multicoloured mouse wheel loader thing spinning, I have left it for a good 10 minutes but nothing has happened? Suggestions please! Thankyou!

    Snow Leopard e Kernel Panic

Boas pessoal... (desculpem-me a má-qualidade) Então, algum gênio? hehe Obrigado a todos, qualquer ajuda será bem-vinda!! , Leonardo Garrido
  16. Installing Command Line Tools for Lion on Snow Leopard I've encountered many programs which won't just install on my Mac, so I decided to find out how to install them. One way is to just extract the installer and install the packages straight from there, but then the scripts won't run and this is horrible pain with big installations. *.mpkg files usually have a file called "Distribution" inside. That file is just simple XML script, which tells the installer where the software can be installed. By editing the Distribution file, you can easily get OS X 10.8 install on an AMD machine, but of course it won't run because of the kernel. Another example is XCode's Command Line Tools. I only found CTL for Lion available in the Apple Download Center, so I decided to patch it for SL. I tried with Flat Package Editor (comes with XCode), but it couldn't save the file, so I did it the manual way: First I created an copy of the DMG file with Disc Utility, to make it writable. Then I executed few commands: bash-3.2# cd /Volumes/Command* bash-3.2# mkdir patch bash-3.2# cp Command* patch bash-3.2# cd patch bash-3.2# mv Com* CTL.mpkg bash-3.2# xar -x -f CTL.mpkg Then I opened Distribution with TextEdit: Well, well, well... Look what we got there var majorOSVersion = '10.7'; var lessThanOSVersion = '10.8'; So, I just changed the majorOSVersion to 10.6 and voilà! Sometimes the script is a little more complicated (like the OS install script), which checks for supported machines, 64/32-bit, etc. Then you will just need to edit some functions output to true or otherwise just find a way around the checks. The language used in Distribution file is very easy to understand in my opinion, it can require a little bit of coding knowledge though.
  17. Hello everyone, Here's my guide on how to install Mac OS X Snow Leopard on an Acer Aspire X3400. You can also find it on InfiniteMac, OSx86.net, and Acert0sh, my website for it. Before you begin, you'll need: A retail Snow Leopard .dmg A flash drive with at least 8 GB of space A working Mac (whether it be another Hackintosh or a Virtual Machine) A nawcom modCD Any Linux LiveCD Also, before you begin, make sure you have these files on a CD or DVD: IOUSBFamily.kext Kext Utility Chameleon Bootloader /Extra folder Legacy Kernel for OS X 10.6.0 OS X Driver for Ralink RT3090 The Chameleon Bootloader, /Extra folder, and the Legacy Kernel can be found in the guide below. 1. Follow this guide: Phil Tesone Dot Com » Hackintosh Note: If your Acer PC is instantly rebooting at or after the "DSMOS has Arrived" stage, and you recently installed a graphics card in the PCI-E x16 slot, I've found it to be extremely helpful to simply remove it while booting the installer. However, if you have a graphics card that does work with the installer, please report back here and post your graphics card model, just so we can save some users some headache. 2. When you're done following his guide, don't boot from the flash drive. Boot from your nawcom modCD with the following parameters: cpus=4 busratio=16 arch=i386 -force64 3. When you're inside OS X successfully, swap your modCD with the CD with all your files in it. 4. Copy the /Extra folder to the root of your hard drive, and install Chameleon. 4a. Delete the dsdt.aml file within /Extra, because for our motherboard's sakes, we don't need it. 4b. Open up the com.apple.Boot.plist inside /Extra and edit the <string> under Kernel Flags with the same parameters you used to boot up, minus the "-v" parameter. 4c. OPTIONAL: If you don't want to see the Chameleon boot screen, you can add the following code to boot straight into the Apple logo: <key>Quiet Boot</key> <string>Yes</string> I highly recommend setting a Timeout period, just in case anything bad happens down the road and you need to troubleshoot. 5. Install the legacy_kernel from Phil Tesone's website. 6. Install the IOUSBFamily.kext so you can ditch the CD, and the AppleAzaliaAudio.kext located in /Extra/system for sound. You can do this by copying both to /System/Library/Extensions. Shortly after you do, though, there will be an error message saying that they were not installed correctly, and thus cannot be used. Do not fret, we're about to fix that. Enter the following code into the Terminal: cd /System/Library sudo chmod -R 755 Extensions sudo chown -R root:wheel Extensions sudo touch Extensions 7. Now, boot into your Linux LiveCD. Connect to wifi and download this. 8. Once downloaded, write it to your Snow Leopard partition using this: sudo dd if=boot1h of=/dev/sda2 bs=4096 FYI, replace "boot1h" with wherever you saved it. When you've typed "sudo dd if=", you should be able to drag and drop your file into the Terminal. 9. You should now be able to ditch the modCD and boot straight from your hard drive. 10. Install the Ralink Wireless Utility you should have grabbed from the Materials section. Personally, I had it on the data CD that I created when I started the installation process, but since USB should now be functional at this point, you can transfer the utility from either USB or CD. After you have wifi working, update to the latest version of Snow Leopard by grabbing this. Don't restart when it tells you to, because you have to first install this. After the 10.6.8 update, your "About Mac" should show your AMD Athlon II X4 645 as an Intel Core i5 and it should also show your RAM. At this point, your Mac App Store may not be letting you sign in, so here's how to fix it: 1. Create a new location in your network preferences by going to System Preferences > Network. 2. Remove all network interfaces by selecting them and clicking the minus button. 3. Delete /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist 4. Reboot your Hackintosh and add back Ethernet and Ethernet Adapter (en1) to your network preferences. Quicktime Player may also be presenting some troubles whenever you try to start it up. The fix is simple: Open your Applications folder, right click on Quicktime Player, click "Get Info", and enable "Open in 32-bit mode". You can use this fix for other problematic applications that have this option. After following this guide, you should have a relatively functioning Hackintosh with the following limitations: No QE/CI, which would majorly hinder applications like iWork, iLife, and Preview. Flash content like Youtube is also affected. No front I/O panel (Media Expansion Bay) After updating my bootloader to the latest SVN, I've found that the lower 2 USB ports on the media expansion bay now function! Hopefully the Chameleon devs will add support for the rest... No Boot Camp To remedy the QE/CI issue, you'll need to purchase a separate video card. I personally picked the ATI Radeon HD 5450, but you can take your pick after reading through this and watching this video. Like reviewerashley said, make sure you buy a low profile card when shopping for one. Anything other than that will not fit in the small space that the PCI-E x16 slot is allocated. Thanks for following my guide, everyone! If you have any problems, or just want to comment, please post all your thoughts in this thread. Thanks to Phil Tesone for the installation guide in part one, and everyone on IRC who made this possible. Check out the guide's website for more comprehensive, and in some cases, more up-to-date information on installing Mac OS X on your Acer PC!
  18. Hello My wife's early 2009 Snow Leopard iMac has started failing to boot properly and I'm looking for some troubleshooting tips. Booting from cold, it gets past the logon screen and starts loading the desktop. It's quite slow at this point, but does load all the (hundreds of!) icons on the desktop. It also tries to re-open Firefox which had a lot of tabs open. Initially it would load a Firefox window but not complete loading the internals. On one boot I think I managed to close Firefox and now it still tries to load but just displays "Firefox" in the title bar with no windows. I can initially access a few menus, spotlight, Finder, the dock, but any further action results in a beach ball for these, and they can't be accessed again. I was able to navigate Finder to try to launch Terminal but just it just gave me the beach ball. I've left it like this for about half an hour but it doesn't get any further and I have to force shutdown (long press of power button). I tried booting to safe mode (holding down S on startup) but the end result was the same. I've been able to boot to a live ubuntu USB disk and can access files on the hard disk, so I've started a backup. We have a time machine backup but it's not that recent. I'm hoping it's just a corrupt file, but suspect it's the hard disk starting to fail. What's the best way to troubleshoot this? Thanks
  19. Hi all, Have successfully installed Snow Leopard on my machine using ModCd and Retail Disc method (Disc is 10.6.1, so my current version is 10.6.1). First things first; Specs AMD Anthlon II X2 250 Processor 3 GHz ASUS M5A97 Pro Motherboard 3 SATA Hard drives (1 Windows, 1 OSX, and the other for Data) 8gb DDR3 RAM (2x Crucial Ballistix 4gb sticks) Nvidia 9800gx2 GFX 1gb I have the ethernet, sound and graphics card all fully working and recognised. Currently running Snow Leopard with boot flags -v maxmem=4096. I cannot boot any other way and I have tried -force64 arch=x86_64 but they produce Kernal Panics. So I'm only running a 32bit version at the moment, can't seem to get 64bit working. I have tried the patch AMD_INSN_Patcher - didn't do anything. Just looking for a few pointers as I feel I'm very nearly there. I hope I have supplied enough information for someone to help? If not then I am ready!
Probabilmente sbaglio qualcosa, potete aiutarmi? Grazie
  21. Greetings to all members and viewers! I am a newbie, and completely new to the concept of mac on intel pc. However, I did have sort of a head start. Today, I succeeded in installing Snow Leopard on my PC using the ######+###### method. But well, wasn't perfect. 1. No ethernet, audio, mouse driver-tried all kexts in the ###### install 2. No wireless at all. well, that's very far I suppose I've read a little and there is a very generous guy called Maldon here, who provides a custom .dsdt file on sincere requests to keep people going. Well, I'm patient and determined to get this thing to work. Here are my specs: Lenovo Ideapad Z560. Processor: Intel Core i5-450M 4GB RAM I can't figure out what other information you will need. I somehow can't find the exact model of my motherboard. Every software says it's Lenovo Base Board. Thank you all!

  23. Okay I can install Leopard fine on this computer, but once i try getting Snow Leopard on it I can't get anywhere, it never boots to the installation screen, it just hangs. I've tried 10.6.6 Hazard, and Iatkos S3 v2, nothing. I've read other people getting sucess on this machine. Integrated graphics.

    HP Compaq DC7100 SSF

Hello fellow OSX86 community, I am Jivi and i want to start a new project since i got a HP Compaq DC7100SSF from a freind of mine and i want to try if OSX will run on this machine i know this machine is kinda old but still i am intresting in what the power of it can be. I am not new whit osx86 since i already got a HP NC6320 running osx pretty well i used IPCOSX10.5.6 for this laptop and i am going to use IAKTOS S3 10.6.3 for the DC 7100. oke so lets start whit the Specification of this DC7100: Processor Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz Memory / 2.0 GB DDR2 667MHz Dual Channel SDRAM Kingston Memory Hard Drive 80.0 GB Optical Drive DVD-ROM IDE working installed the osx whit this drive Graphics Processor Intel GMA900 working whit modified GMA950 kexts Cache Type L2 cache Cache Size 1.0 MB Ethernet. BCM 5751 LFB worked whit BCM5751 kext Wireless Ralink USB 150 MBPS came whit drivers for OSX on the cd. oke so you can find the IAKTOS S3V2 at their forum google it. i have burned the ISO onto a DVD-R at the lowest speed 4x using imgburn. the computer booted up whit out using any flags! i have formated the hard disk OSX Extended Journaled( MBR) this because i will use a litle program EasyBCD to fix the MBR to dual Boot into Windows! now comes the tricky part here you have to customize your hardware, Boot loaders, kernels, patches, and configure your VGA and Ethernet. to succeed in this part you will need to know your hardware if you do not start looking into it. to get the GMA Graphic Card working you can check out these posts they were very helpfull! http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/267122-1068-on-gma900/ http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/284885-guide-1068-on-a-dell-optiplex-gx280/ i have gotten ethernet working whit the kext found here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/155590-broadcom-5751-applebcm5751ethernetkext/ this post was very helpful worth checking into it! I recently added a Asus Geforce 7500 LE as a Graphics card to the system and i now have wonderful Graphics whit this cards everything works QE/CE resolution up to 1080 tested on my Samsung TV connected trough DVI. i Updated the system to 10,6,8 trough the software update in OSX it self now i the machine hangs at this message [ PCI configuration begin ] and wont load any further i haven't gotten past this message looking into it still i haven't gotten past this message so i reinstalled Iaktos S3 V2 i used the following options in customize: Boot loader i chose AsereBLN v1.1.9 Bootloader options i chose: 32 bit boot ethernet patches i chose: /extra directory fake SMC ( this is a Must) disabler RTC drop down the menu and choose RTC (32BIT) this is a must because our cpu is not 64bit! modified kernels i chose: qoopz 10.3.0 UUID select this Drivers i chose: SATA/IDE dis-select the sound we will add these later since these give alot of kernel panics installing the wrong sound driver. select PS/2 VGA only select these if you know what you need to select otherwise dis-select this i did not select this! now continue installation this will take up to 30 minutes you do not need to stay whit the computer. once the installation is done you have successfully installed OSx onto your HP Compaq DC7100 congratulation! for your first boot up i recommend to boot whit flag -v -f this always worked for me though. if your computer does not boot try these flags cpu=1 ncpi=0x2000 these might work otherwide try graphics enabler=no this link is very helpful it has almost all the flags you could use trying to boot your OSX instalation. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/99891-osx-flags-list-for-darwin-bootloader-kernel-level/ So i did some research spent a few nights on the computer dig trough google and viewing different kind of forums i finaly got to this page: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/275293-guide-1068-on-a-dell-optiplex-gx620/ this is a very straight forward setup to get from 10.6.3 - 10.6.8 i got everything working whit the information provided by this tutorial i did not succeed into getting QE/CE whit the GMA900 card though but i have seen and read that it is possible to get it working. since i am using a PCIE Asus Geforce 7500 LE I didn't need the GMA900 kexts but search the web and you will succeed! so now that i have an osx 10.6.8 running machine whit almost everything working now my computer wont shut down or restart properly it closes down OSX but the computer PSU stays on whit a black screen i am still looking into fixing this problems if anyone knows how to fix this your help is much appreciated pm me or post it so more people can enjoy this fix. so this osx build was an success i also build a laptop HP NC6320 if you want to know more about the laptop build let me know and i will push you in the right direction i hope i was able to help some people to give an old machine some life since this machine runs terrible and slow on Windows 7 and windows 8 and windows xp isn't that fine either. i will provide a zipped archive file whit the Kexts i used for this build and i hope they will help you out i did not make these kexts i just found them trough research on the net so do not ask me for any help customizing kexts . oke so i found the kext for the audio driver wich is an Soundmax AD1981B ICH6 you can find the driver in this post. the kext is included in the attached archive! http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/222337-resolved-soundmax-ad1981b-ich6/ OSX KEXTS HPDC7100.rar
  25. Olá, Instalei hoje no meu notebook Itautec W7415 o hackintosh iAtkos Snow Leopard.
