  2. Hello Insanelymac, I've successfully installed Mac OS X Sierra on 2 32gb flash drives with them as a JBOD Raid. I can only get into the hackintosh if I use another USB flash drive with Clover installed on it. I've tried using a clover installer however that just installs on my Raid Disk. I've also noticed that when I open clover configurator, there are 2 EFI partitions but both of them were empty. I've tried moving the contents of the EFI on my Raid disk that clover installed but my BIOS does not detect it. Also when I use the other flash drive to boot into clover, there is another volume called "BOOT OS X" right next to my Raid Disk Volume that I use to boot from. I just want to install and boot off of my Raid usb flash drives. Really running out of options, Thanks guys.
  3. Hi there. Soo i was trying install mac at 4 days ago and finnaly today i can. I installed the Leopard and all works fin except the keyboard and ps2 mouse. And then i try a lot to put a .kext with transmac on windows xp cause im dual booting it.When i try to use Transmac i have the error"This drive is read only". Who i fix this?! This is my first question! The second i think is more hard. I have a Amilo Pro V3505 with 2gb ram and Intel GMA 945, a Intel Pentium T2130 idk the motherboard i aleardy try find the name but i couldnt with a Atheros ar5007eg wirless adapter. So i instal iAtkos S3 v2 but when i was booting(after installing) it he boots and starts make the sound of the animation video of snow leopard but THE SCREEN WAS GREY WITHOUT THE APPLE LOGO AND WITHOUT THE MOUSE JUST A GREY SCREEM. Well i try much flags but when i try GraphicsEnabler=No while the booting appears i recuve the message "you need to restart the computer" and i restart and gives again the same error. I think is some missing kext graphical but i cant add/remove kexts cause transmac give error! Thanks in advanced!
  4. Hello everyone! I'm trying to get my hackintosh running, but i haven't been able to sadly. I'm basically trying to install high sierra onto my computer which is the following specs: Intel i7 8700k Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 Gigabyte 1080 Ti AORUS Xtreme Edition 11GB I had high sierra installed, but i messed up the software somehow, and then i thought i could just reinstall it (since it was really easy the first time, no issues) but was i wrong. I haven't been able to reinstall it even after wiping the drive completely clean. I am running windows 10, so i will be doing a dual boot. I started following the following guide and it worked for the first time, but even after using their EFI it isn't working still: http://hackintosher.com/builds/gigabyte-z370-aorus-gaming-7-hackintosh-build-guide/ I'd appreciate any help i could get, i'm really at a loss. Thanks in advanced!
  5. Hi everyone! I'm really struggling to get my first Hackintosh up and running, and after researching this issue for ages, I cannot seem to find a solution that works for me, so I've posted in TonyMacx86 as well as here the problem that I'm having, as I am very desperate for some sort of solution. I have gotten to the point in High Sierra installation after the first reboot, to the process where the operating system is actually installed on the local HDD. Unfortunately, my installer consistently crashes at the same place, with 15 min remaining in the installation, giving the message "macOS could not be installed on your computer An error occurred installing macOS. To use Apple Diagnostics...". I have tried the following steps to fix the issue: -Re-installing/re-imaging the USB drive (going as far as to reformat the thumb drive and re-download the High Sierra app from the App store) -Attempting the installation with only one stick of RAM instead of two -Removing EmuVariableUefi-64.efi from its original location -Unplugging any external storage devices -Checking to make sure the destination disk is formatted correctly (it is) -Trying any combination of boot-flags that I could think of (no effect, except curiously safe mode crashes my installation) And, these are my specs: i7-8700k GeForce 1080 MSI Z370 SLI PLUS ASUS Xonar DGX (I imagine I'll have to disable this when I get the OS up and running...I doubt there's any way I'll be able to support a sound card) 2x8GB RAM 512GB Samsung 960 Pro NVMe SSD (windows boot drive) 4TB Seagate HDD (windows data drive) 1TB Seagate HDD (OS X destination drive) The tutorial I've been following for the installation has been a combination between this forum post: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/ And this walkthrough: http://hackintosher.com/guides/macos-high-sierra-hackintosh-install-clover-walkthrough/ (the TonyMacx86 walkthrough was giving me too many problems so I abandoned it) I got my config.plist off of this website's forums, from a person with a very similar build to my own. Any help is greatly appreciated!

  8. Install Mac Osx El Capitan on Galaxy Book 12. Why did I choose ElCapitan and not HighSierra? Simple. From El Capitan release 10.11 + (so mac os Sierra and High Sierra) Apple has eliminated from HID event driver, pressure, tilt, Stylus position! Having this device for artistic purposes, I decided that El Capitan would be the best in this field. If you do not need a pen to draw, but just for taking notes or simple things, you can safely install Os High Sierra! That has Native support to KabyLake. Let's go to the elcapitan installation procedure! Just delete the usb and install the captain using the Createinstallmedia method. Only use FakeSmc and VoodooPs2Kext and config HD620spoof.plist. Obviously in driver64, add HFSplus. (Search these files on Google for the latest version, very important thing) Made this install el capitan on disk. What Works Cpu and Gpu: They seem to be recognized by the system and it seems to be okay! (To run the Gpu, put Fakepciid and Fakepci id graphics in the Other, Clover folder) Trackpad: Still to be fixed, but with Voodoops2 it seems to work (The trackpad is not a PS2 device, but for the moment use this kext, looking forward to fix this in the future) Bluetooth Not working (but updating) Audio Brightness Battery Wifi (not supported) Updating AcpiTables.zip

  14. Toshiba Satellite L755 1j2 Hackintosh Download This file. It contains the zip file with everything you need for the installation. • A Toshiba Satellite L755 1j2– This is necessary to install macOS Sierra for this tutorial • A copy of Mac OS X – This can be in the form of an existing hackintosh, a virtual machine within Windows or Linux, or even a regular Mac. If you don’t have any of these things, then find someone who can help you out for a while. I prefer using a hackintosh with OSX El Capitan, Using an already working copy of Mac OS X either in a VM or a native hackintosh install is HIGHLY recommended. • A 8GB USB flash drive (or larger) – We’ll be copying the files to the drive appropriately, so make sure that you have a flash drive with enough storage space (8GB or larger). A copy of macOS Sierra – The method used by this guide requires that you have a copy of the macOS Sierra Installation app, wich is available for free from the Mac App Store. Is this true? its a fake? How can it be done? im really curious about it jaja. here is one of their "supposedly products": http://www.ebay.com/itm/i7-6700K-4-3GHZ-OC-32GB-2400MHZ-250-SSD-4GB-GTX970-Hackintosh-macOS-Sierra/262812671304 what do you think guys?

  22. I have installed Mac OSx Yosemite 10.10 and now as I cannot use the internet the mac is basically useless to me so I want to completely uninstall it from my computer first things first my computer specs: Processor: Intel Core i3-2328M Graphics Card: Intel HD 3000 Ram : 2GB HDD : 320GB 5200RPM Now the reason why I created this post okay so I have soo many important data on my windows partition and I don't even have a hard disk or anywhere to store my files to a place so I want to uninstall hackintosh completely keeping my windows drive , removing the boot loader, AND ALSO BY GETTING BACK MY HDD PARTITION ASSIGNED TO MAC OS! because all the tutorials I saw say there is either a risk you have reinstall windows or you mandatorily have to clean install windows.

  24. I got a copy of iLife 11 from eBay and i checked it to see if it is legit, and it was. So i mounted my drive to the VMWare to the Hackintosh Sierra and it loaded fine but i found out the GPU wasn't compatible. And i read that: VMWare is using a fake GPU emulation where it can't use the hosts GPU and tell that it might have Quartz thing on there so Mac's can't know if this hardware was used. So... Is there a great VM program for Windows? And yes i'm using Windows since i the PC's i have don't have compatible Wi-Fi drivers so the VM only was my choice to get online and use it as my daily basis.

    Help! ASUS K501UX

Hey guys, I am fairly new to the scene and recently successfuly installed El Capitan 10.11 on the Asus K501UX The specs are: Core i7-6500u, 8GB RAM, GTX 950M (DISABLED), HD520 Everything seems to be in good working order thanks to Ludwig Bartholomew for guiding me and helping me through the process. But, I keep recieving a Kernel Panic everytime I have the VoodooI2C kext installed for the trackpad to function. If I remove it everything works fine except for the trackpad which is the issue. Note: I also removed all of the LPSS kext files from the S/L/E to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
