  1. You need to restore your disk in a USB drive (or a new partition) in order to have write access to the installation disk. Then, you can use a CD-boot to start the installer or use NetbookBootMaker to make the partition bootable.
  2. Thanks! OSInstall_1063_10D575_deviato.zip
  3. Atheros AR5B91 - lspci : AR928X - 168c:002a

10.6.2 is a Snow Leopard release. We actually need a special airport kernel extension in order to make the Atheros AR928x / AzureWave AR5891 wireless device works in Leopard 10.5.x.
  4. AzureWave AR5891 (Atheros AR928x) driver

I've tried to modify this file: /System/Library/Extensions/IO80211Family.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AirPortAtheros.kext/Contents/Info.plist I've added the pci168c,2a string in the IONameMatch array but it doesn't work. Does anybody have a working solution to make the Atheros AR928x chipset recognized in Leopard?

  7. Working ALC272 HD Audio Kext!

Thanks! It works great for me. I just had to remove VoodooHDA.kext and HDAEnabler.kext from /System/Library/Extensions and then I have used Kext Helper to install your AppleHDA.kext. I now have sound output and internal mic input working on my Acer Aspire One D150. Wonderful!!! Thank you!
