1. You can get past the kernel panic by trying Mohamed's bootloader, you will need windows to make your own rom. However I can't get past the weird screen. I'm also giving up for the moment, the good news is that there are several others in the same situation as we are (see the topic of mohamed's bootloader, or the topic on 5750), so there is 'demand' for a bugfix. EDIT: I've managed to get it working by injecting device-id 0x68be1002 into ATI5000 kext, info.plist.
2. Radeon HD 5750

Exact same situation here, so far I've found 3 other owners of a 5750 card with the same problems. Tried kabyl's bootloader and Mohamed's. So far nothing works.. EDIT: Succes! I've managed to get it working like the post above mentions: inject device-id 0x68be1002 in the ATI5000 info.plist.
3. ATi HD5000 BootLoader !

I tried the kexts from the graphics update and the ones from netkas.org. Still no change. Same situation here. EDIT: I've managed to get it working by injecting device-id 0x68be1002 into ATI5000 kext, info.plist. Thank you Mohamed for all the support and the wonderful bootloader!
4. ATi HD5000 BootLoader !

Again, same result.
5. ATi HD5000 BootLoader !

Did that, same result.
6. ATi HD5000 BootLoader !

@Mohamed Khairy By framebuffer 30 you mean try them all? I tried kabyl's bootloader and I get a kernel panic, with all framebuffers. With your bootloader I used Vervet fb like netkas recommends. Is there something else I can try?
7. ATi HD5000 BootLoader !

Tried with my 5750, I get a screen like this: Same result with ##### cd (by tonymac). Kabyl's bootloader and manually installing ATY_init don't work either. I am getting desperate.. Tried with dual monitor DVI. Club3D Radeon HD 5750 Noiseless Device id: 1002-68BE Subvendor: ATI AIB 1787 BIOS Version: 012.014.000.004.034847
8. I did a little more testing with my HD5750, both with one and two monitor (DVI). I tried nearly all the framebuffers and I always get the same result: a kernel panic. I can boot into safe mode without any problems, but when I boot without the -x flag I get a kernel panic. I can't see what's causing it, when booting verbose it doesn't show a message. I attached an IOReg dump, made in safe mode. I hope that can be of any help. Edit: Subvendor ID: ATI AIB (1787)
9. I wonder wij imrazor's post and mine concerning 5750 are being completely ignored. Device id:0x68be.
10. No succes with Ati HD5750 (Club3D Noiseless edition, 1Gb). Two monitors attached through DVI (24"+17"). OSX completely updated, graphics update applied and dev-id inserted. Tried with GraphicsEnabler Yes/No Tried specifying Vervet as AtiFb and tried without specifiying. I don't get error messages, it just gets stuck while booting. Device id: 0x68be ROM Revision: 113-B7710C-176 EFI Driver Version: 01.00.318 Note that I'm booting in 64-bit mode, but I don't see how that could be a problem. Also note that this card is not working with the ##### 5XXX-3 boot disc.
11. I just flashed the new BIOS (F9e) and it has a new option which seems to be great for OSX. Instead of SATA/AHCI mode: Disabled / RAID / AHCI it replaced Disabled by IDE. I selected IDE as SATA/AHCI mode and also IDE as SATA/IDE Ctrl mode and Leopard is working fine now (with intel chipset driver from iAtkos v7). I'm now trying to make snow leopard work in this mode as it boots a lot faster (you don't get the AHCI window after BIOS). Just thought this might be useful to some I'll post further updates here.
12. Geekbench 2.0

Mine: 13338 Core i7 920 @ 4GHz
13. Ok, that's great! Thanks again for all the help
14. Install was a success, however I did not use the script I installed kalyway on a GUID disk, added a Leo partition, install leopard retail and chameleon v2 from within the kalyway partition, copied the kexts to the EFI chameleon partition, updated retail leo to 10.5.7 and rebooted into retail leo. All is working great now! Thank you for the effort you've put into this Digital_Dreamer! Although I do have a question, is DDR3 working and reporting incorrectly or is it only working at DDR2 speed (667MHz)? Cheers
15. When trying to install OSX on my system it immediately reboots (right after it loaded extensions.mkext). I've tried - Different DVDs: Zephyroth, Leo4All and iAtkos v7 - Boot flags: -x, -f, -cpus=1, -platform=AHCI, -legacy, maxmem=2048 - Disabling unused hardware in BIOS - Using AHCI in BIOS, like in the first post Is there anything else I'm forgetting? It's quite frustrating to see OSX is absolutely not working as this thread was one of the reasons I picked this motherboard..
