Was mache ich falsch? Danke im Vorraus MfG
  5. Hey InsanelyMac! 'Cause nobody answers me in the "New User Lounge", I open a topic here. I need help! I have a Snow Leopard Distribution on my external IDE HDD. I wanted install Snow Leopard Retail on another S-ATA HDD. I "burned" the Retail DMG to one Partition from the other HDD and tried to install it. The Installation starts fine but after 3 - 4 minutes it stops. Then the Computer restarts. In my Bootloader there isn't the HDD but when i boot in my Distribution, I see the HDD an theres a folder which names "Mac OS X Install Data".. What do I wrong? Please someone help me Sorry for my bad English, I normally speak German! Thank you.
  6. Now I'm so far, that i have installed the Retail from a Distrubtion. My Computer restartet but i couldn't boot the HDD from my Boot Loader. If i boot in my Distrubtion i see that on the HDD, where i installed the Retail, there is a Folder which names "Mac OS X Install Data".. Is that right? Why i can't boot the HDD? Please, someone help me!

  8. Hello lovely Board. I'm new here and i hope you can help me! At the beginning - I normally speak German so excuse my English! :> Thank You My Question: I have installed the Hazard 10.6.0 on my AMD System. I have the Snow Leopard Retail as an ISO file. I dont have some 8 GB USB Stick or DVD Double Layer. So my question: I have a 1 TB HDD. On this HDD is Windows Installed. Then i have a 500 GB HDD, where is installed the Hazard Distrubtion. Could i install Snow Leopard when i booted in Hazards Distrubtion? If not, could it work with a DMG file? I dont know how to perfectly ask in English, sorry. But i hope you can help me! Thank you.
