  1. HP Pavillion Sleekbook 14 problem

Finally managed to get it working except wifi which I replaced with Broadcom adapter. Right now I'm using EFI device-properties to make graphic acceleration work. If someone want to share their DSDT or configuration to make it more vanilla, please let me know. I have problem with brightness control too, only get full brightness after wake up from sleep. Have you manage to solve it yet?
  2. I don't know mate since I changed to other machine. I gave up with this card.

So far, installation working fine. However first boot for hard disk stuck at USBMC unknown identifier then followed by message "waiting for root device". What I've done :- - Pull all usb accessories - Boot with -v cpus=1 USBBusFix=Yes GraphicsEnabler=No npci=0x2000(0x3000) but still same My installation is OSX Mountain Lion 10.8 (##### 1.4) and latest Chimera from TonyMac My spec - Intel core i3 3217U 4GB 1600 DDR3 Intel HD 4000 Chipset HM77 Hopefully someone can help me.

  11. It's ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series. VenID = 1002 DevID = 9555. It's rare card and I can't find much topic about it. My attempt to enable this card: Added ID into ATI4600Controller.kext and ATIRadeonX2000.kext but I got blank screen. I don't know whether kext is loading or not because I can't access it.
  12. Hi there, Can someone who got card same as me confirm this card can be modified or not because I've been struggling with this card to enable QE/CI in Lion 10.7. Thanks
  13. Hello guys, I've problem with my card which is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4300/4500 series. [1002:9555]. I've installed OSX 10.7 and everything works fine except graphic. I found thread about enable QE/CI in Mobility Radeon but I can't understand how to begin. Can someone guide me which first should I do. So far what I've done - Set my device id in ATI4600Controller.kext and ATIRadeonX2000.kext - Blank screen after reboot Use ATY_init - quitting 9555 message in boot. Get Bios rom using dong tools but I don't know how to decode using bcc9 radeon_bios_decode. I type ./radeon_bios_decode <rom file> controllers.txt but it just stuck without response. Also I don't know which family my card is, maybe shrike or megalodon. How can I find it? My System - Compaq Presario CQ42-268TX Intel i3 350M 2.27Ghz 4GB RAM ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4300/4500 series [1002:9555] Here I attached my card bios dump Thank you very much 9555.0301.00E0.vga.rom.zip
  14. intel hd graphics cards success 10.8

There's no use without native resolution. I think we're out of luck this time. I'm gonna find another machine with similar hardware to macbook pro.
