  1. Hi everyone... For the last week or so I've been reading as much as I could about how to install Mac on my netbook and after 20 something installs, I finally got it to work. I've been using this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...153352&st=0 and followed as much as possible (since it was meant for a slightly (?) different build). The stuff I changed was: * Installed the voodoo audio (working great) * Left out network (since it didn't work anyway) * Installed the voodoo kernel * Used the chameleon bootloader Now, there are some things I cannot get to work... but the most important one (for me at least) is the ethernet... I've tried to install a lot of different drivers (kext's?) and I simply cannot get it to work. Please help me. I've tried the following with Kext Helper b7: * AtherosL1cEthernet.kext * IntelE1000.kext * IO80211Family.kext and so far nothing has worked... Now... I'm a noob with a big N, when it comes to MacOS and hackintosh... so please keep that in mind Anyways... thanks for a great forum, it helped get a hackintosh up and running so far
  2. Oh man... I had to take a quiz and jump through all kind of hops, just to show my appreciation for your guide Anyway... I just managed to get a working install on my Aspire One 532h (I think this was install no. 25 - seriously!) I used your guide with a few modifications: * Used iATKOS 7.1 * Installed the Voodoo driver from the intallation options * Selected ALL in network drivers And it works... so Thank you There are still some stuff that doesn't work... (like ethernet and wireless) but the fact that I finally get to see my OSX desktop is fantastic!
