    You're right! What do you think: would it help to use the 10.7.3 SMC Key and replace it over the new one? If, yes.. what's the path to this file?

    Thanks for this info! As always, VMware Fusion Team has fixed this already with the newest Version (4.1.2). It seems to me, that Apple has removed some (or even all) 32bit Graphic drivers within 10.7.4, and this seems to be the reason for long reboot times...
