1. Constant Reboot and System uptime in nanoseconds

I downloaded an iAtkos L1 dmg and mixed it up with tonymacx86 ##### to create a bootable USB Flash drive. If I will boot it -v -x -s, or -v -x , or simply -v I always get stuck at "System Uptime in Nanoseconds 2xxxxxxxxxx" [values here in xxxxxx], as well as with "GraphicsEnabler=No" boot option. If I will boot it normally, I'm getting a kernel panic. I'm using an ASUS P5KPL-AM MoBo with Nvidia GForce 9500 GT VCard and 2GB RAM. No luck installing L1 from iAtkos. any advice? PS. I tried installing iAtkos 10.6.2 in the same board and it worked. I want a clean install of L1. Thanks in advance.
