  1. Big thanks to Mieze, this works great on E2201.
  2. Hi all, I've finished a quite stable Hackintosh with Clover already, and I want to take things to the next step. I stumbled upon this Firmware boot loader, Ozmosis, however, it's quite complicated. So, I want to go with a firmware provided by this site: Hackintosh-Forum.De (http://hackintosh-forum.de/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=17262) My question is, has anyone tried firmware from this site, does it work? (I'm not promoting this site in anyway, as I haven't even tried it.)
  3. Sorry to bother, does Killer E220x implies the support of E2201 on some Z97 motherboards? I can't find anyone using E2201 with a success story on the Internet... yet!
  4. My question is simple. I stumble upon a PCIe card that supports four SATA 3 drives for just $50. It's 88se9215-based, which is not confirmed to work under OS X. I've read that 91xx works OOB, but what about 92xx series. Anyone with experience?
  5. Driver for LSI MegaRAID SAS family

I am using AppleHDA for now. I will try to disable unnecessary kexts and try. Thanks!
  6. Driver for LSI MegaRAID SAS family

I've been using your driver for a few days, and an issue has showed up. Whenever I start Disk I/O on one of the partition/drive, I got sound assertion. This is my test routine: a ) Clean boot. b ) I start my music app and watch the console - Nothing c ) I copy a file from one of the RAID drive to another drive d ) sound assertion. The console message about the assertion is this: 2014/1/17 上午3:45:18.000 kernel[0]: Sound assertion - 8086:8c20 FIFO error (Stream 7) Is everyone experiencing similar problem or is it just me? Is there other possibility for this to happen, how can I test it? Beside using the Debug version of the kext which I will do after this weekend, what else can I do to help?
  7. Driver for LSI MegaRAID SAS family

Sorry to bother, but do you think ServeRAID MR10i adapter (models 58x, 62x, 92x) with LSI 8708E would work under Mavericks?
  8. Successfully installed Mavericks on my system in a day, now I'm wondering if hardware RAID is possible. I'm running my machine on an old P5B Deluxe board which has an ICH8R south bridge which supports RAID. Currently my system only boots with AHCI option, I'm wondering if RAID will be possible? Thanks!
  9. I used myHack to create a bootable copy of Mavericks, and then the first time I boot it up, it showed me this: RTC:Only sin And ya, I have no idea what it is, and so I googled it around, and found out it's part of a bigger sentence. People say the fix is to use DSDT=DSDT.fake All right, so it boots a little more, but then i bumped into [PCI... start], of course, npci=something would fix it, I opted for 0x2000 which always fix the issue for me. The problem I'm facing now is this **** [iOBluetoothHCIController][SearchForTransportEventTimeOutHandler] -- Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport! All right, it still boots after stuck there for a few minutes or so, and then a white screen presents itself. I have no idea whether it will then boot or not, I'll be waiting. But I think the chances are pretty slim. If you need additional information, please comment, I'll reply ASAP. Thanks!! Hardware: ASUS P5B Deluxe (P965) Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 (the older revisions without VT-x) 6 GB DDR-800 (2x2 + 2x1) nVidia GTX 660TI P.S. My system is O.C.ed, I will reset to default and tell you guys what happened. P.P.S. I've then tried switching graphics card, PciRoot = 1, none of that work UPDATE It boots with a older GT 5xx, it's a entry-level card with DDR3. I have no idea what happened, but the things I mentioned above still hold true. I do have to boot with "-v npci=0x2000", I still see that bluetooth thing, and I did wait a few minutes. Now I see a beach ball spinning on a white screen, and hear my hard drive spinning. I'll just give it a few more minutes, or hours maybe. (turns out it's fan.) UPDATE Using -v -f npci=0x2000 solve the problem I'll keep this thread open for more update, and then after it's all done, I'll then update it to a better-structured story and figure out more details in the spirit of science (if I have the time)
  10. Is this what you're seeing with that bluetooth thing? **** [IOBluetoothHCIController][SearchForTransportEventTimeOutHandler] -- Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport! I had that, and I am wondering how you fixed it?
  11. May I ask what's the difference of installing them to MBR disk and GUID disk?
  12. I had no problem booting with HD 5770, but when I switched to HD 7770, the problem begins.
  13. I got 10.8.3 booting without problem on my HD 5770. I installed my system with iATKOS ML2. So, it's hopefully clean enough, but when I put HD 7770 on, it gives me an error. Chameleon r2140, with boot flag: GraphicsEnabler = YES Here's what's on my screen: boot0: test boot0: error boot0: error boot0: donexv blah blah blah...... Not really explanatory to me. UPDATE: So, I tried booting with HD 5770 in the first slot, screen connected, then HD 7770 in the second slot. It boots without problem, and after it boots, I can plug my display to 7770 with no problem. Once I switched the slots, problem start. The problem with this setup is that slot 2 is a x16 slot. I can plugged 7770 on second slot with 5770 in first slot, but nothing shows up until login window.
  14. I can't get resolution if I don't use GraphicsMode. I currently have GraphicsEnabler = YES and NVEnabler64. Anyone with same problem?
