2. Hello guys! Its me again. After having numerous problems I am finally ready to start the installation, but a new problem appeared. So I boot ##### using busratio=20 cpus=1 arch=i386 PCIRootUID=1 -v -f but I get stuck at http://i.imgur.com/SkhVx.jpg What I discovered this is the moment where the GUI of the installation should begin. So the point where the graphics should kick in I get that. Specs: Gigabyte X58A-UD3R REV2 BIOS FF CORE I7 920 2.67GHz Gigabyte GTX 460 1GB OC 1TB HD103SJ FOR WIN7 AND 160GB MAXTOR (WITH 2 PARTITIONS) 6GB MUSHKIN 1600MHZ RAM Help!
3. Installation won't start

Hello guys! Its me again. After having numerous problems I am finally ready to start the installation, but a new problem appeared. What I have done is booted the live iPC DVD and restored the installation image on my HDD. I have 2 partitions there: 1 where the extra folder, boot and plist files are..and 2 were the image is restored. So I boot chameleon using busratio=20 cpus=1 arch=i386 PCIRootUID=1 -v -f but I get stuck at http://i.imgur.com/SkhVx.jpg Specs: Gigabyte X58A-UD3R REV2 BIOS FF CORE I7 920 2.67GHz Gigabyte GTX 460 1GB OC 1TB HD103SJ FOR WIN7 AND 160GB MAXTOR (WITH 2 PARTITIONS) 6GB MUSHKIN 1600MHZ RAM
4. GTX 460 Sli

Hello guys! I am currently running into a problem. I have 2 Gigabyte GTX 460 OC cards in SLi and can't get into the installation. I will pull one card out but I am looking for a kext/way to have both cards in once I install Mac OS X. I know that OSX does not support SLi and I am not going for performance but just so I don't have to open the case and pull it out when I boot OS X. can you help? Sorry If i posted in a wrong place.
5. Hello guys! I am running into a problem regarding my hackintosh project and your help would be appreciated. I have 2 hard drives, 1TB SpinPoint F3 HD103SJ, and one 160GB Maxtor HDD. SATA2 and SATA respectively. I have W7 on my 1TB HDD and would like to have OSX in dual boot on the 160GB one. So what I have done so far.. 1) Booted the iPc live dvd, create a DSDT.aml file, added some necessary kexts.. 2) Created 3 partitions on the 160GB one, one where OSX will be installed, one storage and one where the installation image was restored. 120gb 30gb 10gb 3) So I restored the retail OSX 10.6 DVD image on the 3 partition (10gb) 4) I then installed chameleon on all of the partitions and added the extra folder. Problem: Now when I want to boot from that 160gb I get stuck at Verifying DMI Pool Data My specs are Corsair TX750W Cooler Master 690 II Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Intel Core i7 920 3.0Ghz (oc) Prolimatech MegaShadow w/ Scythe 1600rpm fan Gigabyte GTX460 1GB SLI 6GB Mushkin 1600mhz RAM CL7 Also i would like to note that I have run into millions of problems since the start of my journey, many of which I have posted on this forum but got no replies. Some of the problems While trying to boot the iATKOS distro I didn't even get to the GUI when SATA was set to AHCI. If tho, it was set to IDE, I would get to the GUI but got the EBIOS error when trying to install. 2. I got the line 85 error while trying to boot the live DVD, which though was fixed when I created the partitions as HFS+ in Windows using the MacDrive program. Please guys help me solve the problem. Many thanks, Sava edit: using chameleon 2 rc5 pre12
6. Hello guys! I am trying to install iATKOS s3 v2. First of all here are my BIOS pictures (ignore the pixel thing, I am waiting for my monitor to be repaired so I am using this one) http://imgur.com/delete/vgXLfVRE3u2g3fT http://imgur.com/delete/4UXkyKmtlAWvdRe http://imgur.com/delete/X5WRLKP0LdfgXsr http://imgur.com/delete/hcwqmEEdyS7WRUk http://imgur.com/delete/lexBvsMofJqWTrD http://imgur.com/delete/G1WvZ5yJACux2OG http://imgur.com/delete/GjIg4eCQSD9VFwP http://imgur.com/delete/0G8ZgAXm6ydYVab http://imgur.com/delete/i9L9Rqq4dakJ2tg http://imgur.com/delete/bjZsn7spEZAWXbp http://imgur.com/delete/Nrcfwz1Cc5s3fm5 http://imgur.com/delete/xWugL1dkyFZ9H9F http://imgur.com/delete/D37C0CZR0XgGPOl http://imgur.com/delete/0ICsNneKCs5eF09 http://imgur.com/delete/bX65URUNG99DYZs What I changed since I made pics is: USB 3 Controller Enabled USB Mouse Function Enabled HDD SMART ENABLED Anyway if I select all SATA to AHCI i dont even get to the chameleon boot screen. It just stops at the \/| that is rotating (i probably uploaded the pic above ) and shows http://imgur.com/delete/o8N7nrViT8vF4sp But if I set SATA to IDE it goes to the chameleon boot sceen but when I click on the disk it just stays at the screen with the frog and nothing is shown for 2mins.than I stopped. If I try with -v it displays http://imgur.com/delete/cIP19UvUxNAVSfO And -x it just stays at the frog screen Anyway my specs: Corsair TX750W Cooler Master 690 II Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Intel Core i7 920 3.0Ghz (oc) Prolimatech MegaShadow w/ Scythe 1600rpm fan Gigabyte GTX460 1GB SLI 6GB Mushkin 1600mhz RAM CL7 Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB HD103SJ + 160GB Maxtor <<<this is where macosx will go. 7. [Help] DualBoot w7 and SL

Have the rev2.0 Can you please explain further about the distros? So I can wipe the 160GB HDD without hazard? also is the process i described correct?
8. Hello guys! First of all I would like to say that I am new to all of this so please bare with me Anyway my specs first: Corsair TX750W Cooler Master 690 II Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Intel Core i7 920 3.0Ghz (oc) Prolimatech MegaShadow w/ Scythe 1600rpm fan Gigabyte GTX460 1GB SLI 6GB Mushkin 1600mhz RAM CL7 Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB HD103SJ + 160GB Maxtor something I am currently running Windows 7 x64 as well as Ubuntu 11.04 but I will be deleting it My current partition setup is So you can see that on my main 1tb HDD i have a C partition where w7, a G partition where i put my docs, music, games and everything I wouldn't want to get lost if W7 fails Than I have the older 160gb HDD in which i have the 29 gig partition for storage, and than the remaining 2 for the Ubuntu installation Anyway I am currently dual booting using the GNU GRUB Which brings me to Q #1 Could I just format the entire 160GB HDD (all its partitions thus deleting Ubuntu) and not have a problem booting Windows7? Anyway once I have (if the answer to the q above is yes ) formatted that HDD I would like to have the Mac OS on that partition What distro would suit my PC best..iPc, iDeneb, iATKOS, a retail one, something else? Please give your thoughts Once I have picked the distro would this be a proper procedure to get the dual boot running 1. In W7 format the 160GB HDD to FAT32, and give it a name, lets say "Snow Leopard" 2. Restart the PC, inser the MacOSX distro. 3. Boot to it. 4. Go to Disk Util and than select the 160GB HDD. 5. Erase it and than make it so it is the Extended Journaled Option 6. Install MacOSX and than when it boots restart the PC and boot w7 (if boot0 (1) error is displayed I insert the Windows 7 boot disk, go to repair and than repair the boot) 7. After Booting Windows 7 i use EasyBCD and create an entry for the MacOS 8. Restart the PC, boot MacOS, install kexts and enjoy the apple magic? So please leave your thoughts, suggestions and answer the questions (bold) Thanks!
