  1. Howdy! To me the new themes look great. IMHO the "go to first unread post" button on top of each topic was really useful, though
  2. New Nvidia Web Driver - 378. for 10.13.2 build 17C89 https://images.nvidia.com/mac/pkg/378/WebDriver-378.
  3. Clover General discussion

    Take a look at: #7 and #13 and #8
  4. Can anyone help? I'm stuck at busy timeout[2], (240s) kextd wait(0): 'AppleACPICPU' I already tried to drop the MATS ACPI table and to put FakeSMC in Other kexts folder, no go. I read about putting AppleACPIPlatform.kext in Other kexts folder. Has anyone a suitable one? Installer EFI folder attached. I was loading HSinstaller w/ my SSD which had still Sierra installed and clover was somehow loading part of local config.plist
  5. macOS Sierra 10.12.6 final is out.

  6. Being this amongst the most concise tutorials around, I saved the Sierra one in .pdf to avoid website downtimes. I can upload it, if needed. Sierra - Gogs.pdf sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sierra.app --nointeraction High Sierra: sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/Untitled --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app --nointeraction Bear in mind: I cannot keep the .pdf updated forever! I look at this thread every now and then.
  7. [pre-release] macOS High Sierra

That's why I joined long time ago . My first challenge was w/ a SiS chipset
  8. [pre-release] macOS High Sierra

Thanks, you got it exactly as I would like to be helpful, having an "easy" rig, but actually I have little time to mess w/ fine tuning , so couldn't deep into what could be really needed to test... Thank you for your suggestions, too (I was writing while you typed) . Definitely worth trying as soon as I have some free time .
  9. [pre-release] macOS High Sierra

After reading thoroughly all of this... I'm wondering if worth trying
  10. macOS Sierra 10.12.5 is out …

O.T. (sorry for that): must be a huge home ; <seriuosly>Someday I'll ask your kind overlook on my DSDT</seriously>. Bye
  11. macOS Sierra 10.12.5 is out …

Well, thanks for the info! I was aware of the trick, but I am rather lazy now (or that's because I'm messing with closed loop CPU radiator tuning before this ). Did you already update all rigs of yours? Thanks for feedback
  12. CUDA 387.128 is out! (UPDATE 01/25/2018)

New CUDA drivers for MAC 8.0.83
  13. macOS Sierra 10.12.5 is out …

(Slowly) now downloading combo updater. Here is standard. I'll wait for nVidia final drivers, though. Sidenote: both are 2.15 GB ?
  14. macOS 10.12.1 is out!

Did it today (installed 10.12.1 from scratch) after last w/e I upgraded from 10.11.6 w/Clover. No probs either way, Clover is great! Legacy: I have no time now to test the hack floating around . I'm gonna miss it
  15. OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 is out

Both the UEFI and legacy updates went well (w/ combo, to stay safe) It's been 9 yrs since my first hackintosh, nowadays it's so smooth thanks to the developers
