Here's the screen i get upon attempting to boot the successfully installed ideneb v1.3
  4. OS X 10.5.6

I am currently trying the ideneb v1.3 distro. It installs but enters a bootloop when i try to boot the installed OS X. I've tried using busratio=mybusratio but to no avail. I've tried using safe mode, single user mode, didnt work. I'd like to ask, how do you install kexts? I googled it and i got 'go to system/...' folders, but where are those?
  5. Hello, i am trying to install SL using iAtkos S3 v2 on my asus K50I laptop, with the following specs: Intel pentium T4500 (dual) Nvidia Geforce 320M 3 Gb Ddr3 Those are some of the main ofcourse. Ask an i will provide further. Now, as i insert the mac dvd i get the following screen (after typing -v cpus=1). It does nothing else after the last line. What does it mean, what can i do? Help would be appreciated
  6. OS X 10.5.6

I insert the dvd and then do -v? Won't that just take me back to the installation? I'm sorry, i'm a newbie in this.
  7. OS X 10.5.6

I tried installing again, and this time after the successful install, i took out the leopard dvd, restarted and then i got the 'you must restart your pc...' message (in 3 different languages). What could this be? How can i fix this?
  8. OS X 10.5.6

I just told you two posts ago that i already did that...
  9. OS X 10.5.6

Well i used gpartcdlive and set the partition on which i had installed mac to be the 'booted' partition (by ticking the option).
  10. OS X 10.5.6

I did follow one guide and used the terminal to set it to active, that's what actually caused the boot0 error to go away, but then the bootmgr error appeared.
  11. OS X 10.5.6

I've managed to install it on my ASUS laptop, i got the' installation successful' message, i restarted, took out the dvd, and now it gives me 'boot0: done, bootmgr is missing, press ctrl+al+del to restart'. How could solve this an get mac os x to boot up?
