1. Lenovo ThinkPad T420 with UEFI Only

Thanks for the heads up, tluck - I'll keep digging!
2. Lenovo ThinkPad T420 with UEFI Only

Got my first full attempt at a desktop Hackintosh up and running recently and really pleased with the results. Would like to try the same for my T530 - would this guide likely work? Biggest hiccup I've encountered in the past attempts is the NVIDIA NVS 5400M. Thanks in advance!

@styrian - Huh, lookie there...thank you!
4. Lenovo ThinkPad T420 with UEFI Only

@tluck - could never get past installation, posted awhile back at #1919848 - got busy with school/work though so I ended up just sticking with Win7 and shelving the project for a later date. 1) Is it possible to leave the Optimus feature enabled in the BIOS and somehow have OSX just use the HD4000 and ignore the nvidia card? Rather not have to go in and re-enable it every time I wanted to boot into Windows 2) Current Win7 install is UEFI, so I'm at least somewhat familiar with that process. I'm considering just getting the OSX side of things up and running properly initially, is it possible to do that and then go back and divide the SSD into a separate partition and try dual booting at a later time? Haven't had much exposure to using OSX beyond my old Dell Mini hackentosh a few years back, so my apologies if these questions are seemingly obvious. Also, am I better off starting with Maverick or Yosemite for attempting this?
5. Lenovo ThinkPad T420 with UEFI Only

Laptop's about due for a reformat, think I'll try and tackle this again (no luck previously). I've got a ThinkPad T530, 1600x900 screen, nvidia NVS 5400M or Intel HD 4000 gfx, currently running Win 7. I'd like to split my SSD and dual boot with Windows, and I'd prefer to use the nvidia card for gfx if at all possible. Any advice, suggestions, etc?
6. Lenovo ThinkPad T420 with UEFI Only

Just followed the steps as directed in the first post, created the usb install drive with Lion DiskMaker, then ran Korgen's linked "Clover_v2_r1625k0.pkg" and chose the newly created install usb as the destination. Reboot with usb drive and experience the above-mentioned results. Would it make any difference than I'm creating the USB drive in VirtualMachine on a different sysetm?
7. Lenovo ThinkPad T420 with UEFI Only

Trying to attempt this on my T530, but running into problems when trying to boot off the USB with Clover - I'll get the initial boot menu, select the option to boot from the usb, and be prompted with the following screen: This is after attempting the "boot in safe mode" from the right click menu in Clover - previous attempts would lock up at the "root device uuid is..." prompt. I've managed to get ML installed previously using the ##### method, but would much rather go the UEFI route with a clean install. I can boot into the previous ML installation with the Clover usb if I select the safe mode option, but otherwise it gets aways into loading drivers and then reboots. Any suggestions?
8. Lenovo T530 Working with Mountain Lion?

Would like to hear back if you are successful, ktroncroz - I've got a refurb T530 on the way next week, would love the ability to dual boot Win7/OSX.
9. DSDT Auto-Patcher

Trying to get everything in place for 10.7 install and wondered if you'd advise me about my DSDT. System is a Dell Vostro 1500 w/ GForce 8400M GS video, I've always used AutoPatcher (updated 9th Feb, 2011) with Vostro 1500 (GMA X3100) profile successfully with 10.6.7 but wanted to ensure my DSDT was as accurate for my system as possible. Attached are my acpi_dsdt.bin and patched dsdt.aml run from Windows (I use ##### which includes Chimera v1.4.1 r877 so I'm uncertain if that effects DSDT generated within OSX) as well as the standard send_me.zip run from OSX. Greatly appreciate your assistance! WIN_DSDT.zip send_me.zip
