  1. Guys, I just want to say that I've just solved "virtual CPU has entered to the shutdown state" issue on my PC (have spent almost 1 week for the research). Configuration is Core i5 2500, ASUS P8H67-M. The solution: Add the following line to your vmx file: cpuid.1.eax = "0000:0000:0000:0001:0000:0110:1010:0101" from here (http://www.hackint0sh.org/f185/119787.htm) Thanks.
