Fala pessoal, esse eh o Lion que esta super estavel. Instalei ontem seguindo o metodo de passar o Lion pro USB stick e fiz os ajustes atraves do DSDT adequado. A unica coisa que nao gostei muito foi que minha VGA era incompativel, ai tive que reviver uma 9600GT : A maquina eh um i7 2600k com 16gb 1600mhz, mas nao sei pq aparece apenas 1333mhz (nao sei se eh diferenca estética ou se eh real) O proximo passo eh habilitar o HDD pra ter mais espaco pra armazenar as coisas, estou so com o ssd que eh 120gb. O leaozinho ta voando, obrigado a todos pelo suporte!

Hi Hangten, I understand what you mean. Actually I live in Brazil and Apple desktops are totally out of question - the prices are TOO high. Even the the medium-advanced laptops are too expensive. Maybe nobody would show up for this quick job. But I feel like its a 1 hour job for a well skilled guy. Maybe the hourly rate is worth, maybe someone makes me happy and become happy because he is going to spend just a little time and he already have the knowledge. Thanks for the indication of tonyx86.

I guess you're the guy in the other forum . I still can't load the card, tried almost every framebuffer (output) and have the system halted every time. One important observation: "Alouatta" loads many pages of lines before stop loading the system, different of the other names (where it is stopped at the beginning). I tried to boot with the args: GraphicsEnabler=Yes AtiConfig=Framebuffername -v with every FB mentioned at the first topic, and could not get success with any one. On the Sapphire HD 6750

Obrigado, vai me ajudar a economizar dedo. No meu caso só tem 1 dvi, que fica mais próximo da mobo mesmo, os outros são hdmi. Eu notei que todas as tentativas caem rápido na mensagem final (não carregam várias páginas de linhas). Já um em particular carregou várias e várias páginas, pensei que fosse bootar, mas depois (só depois) parou. Só pra me matar de raiva. Sim sim, eu descobri isso. Além de tudo é mais seguro. Estou tentando bootar por exemplo assim: "GraphicsEnabler"="Yes" "AtiConfig"="[b]Lotus[/b]" -v Nenhum deles dá nenhum gráfico, eu fico atolado na mensagem de erro memory allocation (e aponta pro device_inject.c ou algum outro). Sendo que com alguns FBs ele agarra mais na linha "ATI card POSTed, reading VBIOS from legacy space Isso é normal, certo? Quando eu achar o framebuffer correto o que ocorre é o boot normal? tenho medo de estar fazendo algo errado ou de ter pulado algum passo (como por exemplo desabilitar algo), mas como a minha placa é a única que tenho, não devo mexer com ROM, certo?

Era o que eu estava tentando fazer, mas como são uns 20 fbs pra tentar eu temia estar gastando tempo atoa. É normal eu ficar tendo blank screen até achar o framebuffer correto né? Vou ficar na tentativa aqui então. Obg.

Eu sinto que tenho a faca e o queijo na mão porque poderia estar fazendo testes pra ver se acho o fb que funciona aqui, entretanto não é explicativo

Olá, A placa é ATI Radeon 6750. Qualquer luz (qualquer uma mesmo) pra me ajudar a instalar essa placa será bem vinda. Eu não tinha como editar o boot.plist porque meu boot estava sendo interrompido. Mas eu consegui achar a solução pra voltar a dar boot: Como eu tinha mexido na string "GraphicsEnabler" (setando pra yes), bastou digitar na hora do boot: "GraphicsEnabler"="No" . Eu estava confundindo com uma outra string (graphic mode). Então fica a dica pra algum novato que estragar seu precioso arquivo de boot. Agora é continuar na briga pra tentar fazer a HD6750 funcionar. Não consigo nem ver um vídeo no youtube, lol.

Eu fui tentar fazer minha placa de vídeo funcionar e editei o arquivo de boot ativando a opção de boot gráfico, entretanto meu sistema parou de dar boot e pára na tela cinza após isso e nào consigo mais dar boot. Eu tenho a impressao de que se eu editar o arquivo normalmente retirando aquela parte (algo como GraphicsEnabler=Yes) eu conseguiria dar o boot e continuar meus testes. Alguma luz?
