  1. No need to install a 3:rd antenna since the DW1560 only uses 2 antennas, same as the killernic card! It's a direct swap.
  2. I have a GeChic ON-LAP 1002 touch monitor that I use for a NUC system (WIN 8.1). Anyway it isn't supported in Mavericks so you have to buy a third party driver from Touch Base to support it's ILITEK controller to get mouse gestures to work. Now with Yosemite the screen works with Yosemite's own touch driver, though only basic mouse gestures is supported like moving the cursor, clicking etc. (no right click) Just some info on my findings
  3. Intel HD 4600 QE/CI Yosemite

New MacBooks coming tomorrow with a cpu refresh. (Haswell refresh?) Think we finally might get official series 9 support with the next DP/Beta.
  4. OS X Yosemite DP's builds!

Got the same problem with invisible icons. Sorted it with deleting all system caches. Follow the steps using the manual guide here and you'll get your icons back.
  5. Help with 4890 in Snow Leopard

I have my HD4890 running i 64 bits in SL with EVOenabler in /E/E and netkas QE_CI_Exotic_SL.pkg package installed. If you get any problems with garbled graphics I reccomend that you install the QE_CI_Exotic_SL.pkg with Pacifist. Also remember to remove the ATY_init.kext and remove ATIRNDRV and ATIDRV (from old leopard) if you want to run SL in 32 bit mode, in 64 bit this is not needed.
  6. Here are my results Pathos 3D = 47 Fps GpuLife @ 1920x1200 = 1392 Fps
  7. What about the new ATI HD4850 ?

I have no noticeable issues with my Gigabyte Radeon 4870. Installed the driver package and the OpenGL framework from this thread. Resolution change and QE/CI, Using DVI from port 1 directly to my LCD and a VGA/DVI adapter on the other.

  15. [Guide] Asus P5Q-EM

Asus new m-atx board the P5Q-EM is a great choice for Leopard since almost everything works except the integrated GFX and Marvel PATA controller. But you will have to flash your bios with the one provided below because of the DSDT in the original bios won't let you boot OSX. Specs Model: P5Q-EM Chipset: Intel G45/ICH10R Memory: DDR2 1066/800/667/533MHz FSB: 1333/1066/800MHz VGA: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 integrated - Not supported. Audio: Realtek 1200 - Supported with Tarugas HDAenabler LAN: Realtek 8111C Lan - Suported IEEE 1394: Agere L-FW3227 2 x IEEE 1394 - Supported USB: 12 x USB 2.0 ports - Supported EXP Slot: 1x PCI-E x16 v2 l 2x PCI-E x1 l 1 PCI SATA: 6 x SATA 3.0 Gb/s ports - All 6 works in AHCI but not in ICH10 mode and Raid. PATA: Marvell 6102 2 x PATA - Works. Drivers needed for Audio and Lan - P5Q.zip DSDT modified bios thanks to BiTRiP - P5Q_EM_0202_Modded_By_BiTRiP.ROM.zip I'm trying to mod the latest bios 0302 myself, but don't know if I have the guts to try it :/
