  1. Cmon guys? Help me out here! More tricks?
  2. Ok, I manage to get a Nvidia 8500GT which should be working. I tried everything in this post and every other website but I just cannon get past the Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport error. NVDAStartup: Official NVDANV50HAL loaded and registered init probe start [IOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed **** [IOBluetoothHCIController][SearchForTransportEventTimeOutHandler] -- Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport! Not with the provided hacks, not with -f -x -v, GraphicsEnabler=No or whatever.. I tried PCIRootUID=0, 1 and 4 but it just does not boot AFTER the installation succeeds successfully! Only single user mode works...
  3. Can anyone help me with this guide? I managed to install 10.9 successfully, but I cannot get my AMD RADEON 2400 HD PRO to work properly (stuck at 1152*864). I tried several things with IOPCIMatch in the AMD2400 kext file and bunch of other stuff... It just does not work... Is the 2400 still supported in Mavericks??

Well... Let's try again.. No video output. Not on VGA, not on DVI-VGA, not on internal Intel GMA.. No-thing except for the verbose text output... So I think I'm going to start over from scratch... Update to 10.6.7 with Vanilla kernel, clone to SATA and then use the ATA as test environment to get the HD4350 working..... p.s. stupid Dell.. Upgraded to 4GB, only 3,5GB usable.....

It was originally shipped with these two 512MB modules. I upgraded with 2 1GB DIMM's later. So later today i'm off to the store to get 2 extra 1GB DIMMs...

I'll try the netkas thing, thanks. I indeed saw that the GMA950 works, but onfortunately onboard video only works when I pull out the card.. Not very workable when switching from Mac to Windows.... If I had known I would experiment with Hackintosh I would have bought a compatible card last year.... p.s. I yesterday found out that my 2x512MB DIMMs are on lower speed.....

Well.. No success with the DVI-VGA Adapter. I just read somewhere else that an adapter isn't working anyway. But i think I messed up my KEXTs now... The SATA Snow Leopard doesn't boot very well, not even with -x The ATA Snow Leopard does boot, but only with -x so I think I'm going to replace the ATI Kexts with the original ones and edit the boot.plist to almost original. Hopefully I then can boot again with normal resolution but without CI/QE.... If not... Start over from scratch and go without CI/QE or buy a new screen....

I'm not home yet, so no news on the DVI->VGA Adapter but I have another question. In Safari and Firefox my Flash Player keeps crashing... More people have this problem?? Would a reinstall of Flash Player help or is this a typical Hackintosh problem?

Yes! Trying this tomorrow. Update to 10.6.7 went without problems. Funny thing is, I installed the ATI Kexts and updated boot.plist. It boots up in Verbose mode.. I think if I connect a DVI screen I can see something... My VGA screen just keeps giving verbose output.. But when I press the escape button the OS X sound sounds.. Sleep button and enter gives shutdown, so it boots up just fine... Fingers crossed with the VGA-DVI Adapter!! I keep you posted :-)

I forgot to mention I already tried that. Have now erased SATA and recloned from ATA. Installed Chameleon and voila! 10.6.6. Will try upgrading to 10.6.7 later this week. If I could only get my ASUS EAH HD4350 to work on VGA (monitor doesn't have DVI input...)

I installed 10.6 with this instruction but I have some problems which I couldn't find in the 7 pages. I installed it to an attached ATA (IDE) drive. All working well. Cloned to internal SATA drive partition, but no go. Reinstalled MyHack, but without success. When starting up I get all kinds of charachters (not OS X) finishing with a 'J'. It's about 10 lines. However, when I start from the ATA disk and I select the SATA drive in the bootloader, it just starts up fine. Any idea on how to fix the bootloader on the SATA drive?? The IDE drive is now attached instead of DVD drive and with case open so it's not a very good situation
