  1. Asus X5DIJ - No Touchpad

Hi kingfinn: I´m afraid I can´t help you... But you can help me!!!!!!!! How did you do it?. I´ve got the same system and after searching everywhere you´re the only reference I have!. I´ve done tons of installs (iAtkos s3, like you), & endless hours and I have: - No touchpad - No Wireless (Big problem) - Very {censored}y resolution (1024) (Big problem) - No sound Can you point me to how you got some of those working?. Whenever I try new kexts I end up having to reinstall. Pleeeeaseeeee!!!. I´m a PC user but I need Mac to do music (Logic) and my old MAC broke down...
  2. I am desperate!!. After hours and 2 installations (very slow!!) i´m able to boot onto Leopard. That´s about all I can do cos´I have no track-pad (no Mouse, using USB one), my resoltion is a stinky 1024 and have no Wireless. I also have no audio... So I could go ahead and spend a few more hours trying different iAtkos installation settings, but a) I have no idea what to choose. I did my homework and have a "Everest" profile of my PC, but it´s obviously not enough. b ) I´m afraid i´d mess it up even more. My configuration is: - Asus X5DIJ with Windows 7 and Leopard partitions - Intel Pentium III Xeon, 2200 MHz - 4GB Ram - Mouse: ELAN PS/2 Port Smart-Pad - Graphics: Mobile Intel® GMA 4500M - Wireless: Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter - Audio: VIA High Definition Audio On the last install (at least can boot): iAtkos s3 with no graphics enabler, default bootloader (Aberos ??) ps2 drivers... Is there a way of applying different configs without the endless rebooting, and 20 minute installations?. What´s the aproach now?. I´ve trying to install some kexts and no results so far. I desperately need this to work!!. I do music with Logic Audio (only Mac) and had an iMac that broke, (PC for everything else). Macs are just too expensive and I hate Steve Jobs so I dived into this solution. I´m worried my system is just not compatible, which would reaaaally suck... Thanks in advance and keep up the good work!!.
  3. Hang at bootloader

Ok. Reinstalled with new settings: - Default Bootloader (Aberos or something like that...). - No graphic enabler. I got it to boot!!. It took a few restarts, where it´d hang up on the Ethernet/Airport loading but somehow got passed that. Trackpad (mouse) not working, {censored} resolution, no audio, no wifi. Have to use a USB mouse, but God am i happy!!.
  4. Hang at bootloader

Same here!!. Hangs at "Loaded HFS+ files: [system/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist] 479bytes from 435b800 Absolutely frustated. My specs: Asus X5DIJ Intel Pentium III Xeon, 2200 MHz Graphic card: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family VIA High Definition Audio Hard Drive: IDE Controller - Intel® ICH9M-E/M SATA AHCI Controller I have Windows 7 on one partition and Leopard on another... In iAtkos v3: - Bootloader: Graphics enabler - Selected VGA: Intel EFI String Chamaleon RC5 Pleeeeease!!
