  1. Is this possible to install off an external drive (if the pc boots off usb devices). That way we don't have to burn the dvd and what not, or if the machine doesnt have a dvd drive.
  2. Just a heads up to the bootcamp peeps, the drivers are out there, just gotta look for it, its about 345mb~
  3. Will you use 2D or 3D dock on bottom?

2d one, specially since I use autohide, it just feels better than that half ass 3d dock.
  4. Time Machine and Airport Disks

Yep, seems to be the case. Also can't seem to mount any of my network'd drives from my Airport Extreme with leopard.
  5. If you plan on using bootcamp, you're gonna have to wait for another release, or wait till you legit copy comes in the mail. The image that is out there now does NOT contain the bootcamp part on the disc image, so no drivers or anything. You can still setup your partition for installing it, but it wont be that useful. Just reformat and install, seems to do it. Also not sure if this was the cause or not, if you're installing off an external disk, disconnect it before you first boot into the os. Then plug it in once you hit the desktop.
  6. For those wondering, u can have the side dock look when its at the bottom. http://lime.quickshareit.com/share/picture1d2a37.png
  7. Yea, I can't get mine to work. I've tried installing the airport disk utility that came with the router no luck so far
  8. Actually I am, and whats weird I'll enable show hidden files, and there are even more files hidden in there (which is normal). But i figured I'd only see the 4 basic folders like Tiger Apps, Library, System, Users
  9. Anyone else's partition look like this when you open em up in finder. All the extra folders and {censored}.
  10. Hmm, it seems they removed the bootcamp drivers that used to be inside the bootcamp app it self. Anyone have any luck finding these? I need updated ATi drivers BAAAAD
  11. Seriously guys, check with your isp, most offer it for free. Comcast, Cox, Verizon...
  12. Done on usenet, someone might wanna get a working tutorial up on how to get this into a SL dvd if possible this time.
  13. It'll be done on usenet in 30min. (the posting). Whoever is uploading this better do pars, just incase.
  14. Quit with the bittorrent bs and post it on usenet... much easier and more widely avail.
