  1. Adding Ubuntu into the mix

    hi i have the same problem here.. i have Vista, Ubuntu and tried to put OSX too (10.4.7) my laptop is a Vaio n11m core duo the osx install went nice, i chose the pathces, but i dont seem to get grub to work with the new Osx choice. my disk has the partitions as show here: Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/sda1 1 1034 8305573+ 12 Compaq diagnostics /dev/sda2 1035 4859 30720000 7 HPFS/NTFS /dev/sda3 4860 6264 11285662+ 5 Extended /dev/sda4 * 6265 9729 27832612+ af Unknown /dev/sda5 4860 4989 1044193+ 82 Linux swap / Solaris /dev/sda6 4990 6264 10241406 83 Linux so my osx partition is sda4. but, on the grub config file, the choices i have made till now dont boot osx... any help? I only think that its a grub conf thing... thanx a lot.. i am unxius to see macos at last!!!
