NEVER MIND-Frozen at Kakewalk or iBoot screen

It may be that you have bad RAM or more than 4 Gigs of RAM. It could also be a dead hard disk. Can you try a windows 7 install and see what happens?

Biostar G41-M7 hangs at boot

Look here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=192799 Remenber to disable EHCI.
3. On board LAN now works with the following driver from Realtek http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downlo...GetDown=false#7 The card comes with a RTL8102EL. It is ma regular Mac install.

Howto: G31-M7 TE

Disabling EHIC did the trick. It now boots from the hard disk. It is a very good and fast computer. Running Snow Leopard 10.6.4.
5. It now boots without the CD !!!. I thought I had disabled EHCI in the BIOS settings but I didn't. Now that it is disabled it works without any problems so far. Thanks all!

Howto: G31-M7 TE

I tried Snow Leopard using http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/ibo...ac-os-x-on.html method. The only thing that cannot do is reboot without the install cd in the drive.
7. I used the tonymacx86 install and it all went well. The only thing is that the onboard ethernet on the card did not work for me and still does not. My way out of it was to get a D-Link DGE-528T pci card and used the followind kext: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index. ... t&id=36247 I used ##### to install and seconds later finally had a very fast connection! The only thing now is that it will not boot by itself, like the P55-USB3 does, but it is a very nice Hackintosh right now. Have to leave the install CD. Juan Sorry the link RealTek kext is http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&id=36247 Juan
