  1. Hello everyone, A little about my knowledge and experience: I am relatively familiar with the OSx86 project and have a successful Triple Boot with OSX 10.5.8, Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit and Ubuntu 10.04 32bit on my IBM z61m laptop. Where I am currently at / what I am trying to do: I just got a new Western Digital VelociRaptor Hard Drive (10,000rpm!) for my main system (which has an Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard) and I am itching to get OSX installed on the system! Unfortunately, I've had a lot of trouble finding a good, working release for this mainboard... Any help would be appreciated. The Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe uses AMD hardware and I currently have a AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ CPU installed on the motherboard. Thanks in advance, -jl

I'm looking to get this wireless card working in iDeneb 1.5.1 - anyone got it working? I am running an IBM Lenovo Z61m laptop (part number 9450A36)

UPDATE: I reinstalled my whole system and used iDeneb 1.5.1 (OSX 10.5.7) and I got a few more things working. So, to be specific, my CDRom, USB, Sound, Video and Mouse work. So basically I just need to get my Wireless and Wired Ethernet up. I've been looking around, but have not found anything. My Wireless card is an Intel Pro Wireless 3945ABG and my Wired Ethernet is the Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit. Anyone out there get these up and running?

I have an IBM Thinkpad model Z61m Laptop (with Product ID #9450A36)and your instructions did not work. I entered the commands under bash, but when I rebooted I didn't get the "NETWORK DEVICES DETECTED" message and I could not get the ethernet working under the 'Networking' section under 'System Preferences'. Any help would be appreciated. Also, my CDROM and USB are not working. I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks in advance
  5. Hello! I am new to the OSX on PC world. I finally got my IBM Lenovo Thinkpad model Z61m Laptop (Product ID #9450A36) to correctly triple boot with Windows 7, Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS and OSX 10.5.5 iDeneb. Unfortunately OSX needs a lot of work. Currently, sound, video, keyboard and mouse work. I need to get the USB, CDROM, Wireless and Wired Ethernet working. I have not tested the PCMCIA or Firefire ports, but if there are known fixes for that I'll be glad to have them... Since there is no way for me to use the USB, CDROM or Network, the only way I can get files on the machine is to load another operating system in my triple boot and then download the files there. I then can access those files after loading into OSX and finding the file I downloaded... Anyway, I really need to get this baby up and running so I can start developing software for the iPhone. Thanks for all the help, -jl
