1. Btw, official web drivers are already available
2. Clover issue

The problem is, that your fusion drive is seen as two or more independent partitions on different disks. Now, when you boot UEFI mode, you run Clover from one or the other (depends on your mobo/clover logic/etc) EFI partitions (you have one for each GUID-formatted drive in the system). The problem here is that clover updater cannot figure out where to update its UEFI components/drivers - it knows where it booted off from, but it is not guaranteed that the next time it will root from the same ESP. Now, here's what I do to update my Clover: === DO THE COMMON SENSE CHECK - ENSURE YOU HAVE BACKUPS, BOOTABLE DRIVE TO REINSTALL THE SYSTEM, ETC. JUST IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG === 1) format a USB flash drive/SD-Card/external drive (any size, even 1Gb is ok) in GUID mode. 2.1) run the Clover installer/updater and install it to the USB to update the Clover EFI modules on the USB 2.2) run the update on the target system (Macintosh HD) to update stuff in /Library etc.. 3.) copy updated CLOVER.EFI and others from the USB's ESP to that of your boot drive (that is most probably disк0s1 - you should know that better). Preserve your config, kexts, and whatever you know should not be overwritten.
3. 10.9.5 Update killed my sound

Which bootloader are you using? For clover, use the following instructions, to patch your AppleHDA.kext on-the-fly: https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC If you're using Chameleon or one of its variants, there's similar approach available in the latest versions
4. GT 740 on Mac OS X

Does it show up correctly in system reports? If so, could you please share the PCI vendor/device ID of this card? Cheers.
5. NUC Celeron 847 compatible ?

No chance, I suppose. Celeron has HD2000 video (not HD3000 or HD4000) which is not supported. Go for an Core i3 NUC (with hd4000 video) - it has been reported to work fine with vanilla 10.8 install.
6. Intel G850

G850 should work fine with 6-series chipset based motherboard and dedicated NVidia/ATI video card that is known to work fine with ML (G850 has onboard HD2500 IIRC, which is not supported in OS X). Not sure whether you will succeed with a board based on 7-series chipset - those are originally designed for IvyBridge CPUs, but some boards run fine with SandyBridge.
7. Old mac pro doesn't have 64-bit EFI required by ML to boot so Chamaleon is used to emulate that. Second, he' s using smbios.plist to change the platform-id to fool the ML installer, that would refuse to install the OS on Mac Pro 1,1.
8. Gigabyte GA B75M D3H DSDT

Here's mine, except that I have i3-3225. You may want to change layout-id in HDEF to 0x01, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00 if you're on ML and not using HDAEnabler.kext to get HDMI audio. DSDT.dsl.zip
9. (Solved) Problem with 10.7.2 update

I've stumbled upon this very issue today, after running a 10.7.2 combo-update on a fresh #####'ed installation of Lion (10.7.0). However, I recall that I was able to upgrade to 10.7.2 previously (not without issues, but it everything was fully working) by installing Lion, running 10.7.1 update, THEN running ##### on it and then installing 10.7.2 (or maybe even multibeasting after 10.7.2 was applied). I will try to retrace those steps tonight. My mobo is p5ql-se, 1Tb+320Gb drives, Sony-NEC Optirac DVD and some Broadcomm-based PCI-E WiFi card, which happened to work ootb as native Airport Extreme.
