  1. Hi, I'm attempting to get this graphics card to work on my Sony VAIO notebook. The display resolution won't go past 1024x768. I've already tried GraphicsEnabler=No, but to no avail. I've read that the 10.8.3 update supports a wide variety of Radeon cards, but mine doesn't seem to work. Could anyone help me? Thanks
  2. Have you tried entering npci=0x3000 at the boot prompt?

    10.7.5 hangs at boot

Hi there, A few days ago I decided I'd try to clone my OSX partition on my Mac mini and configure it so that I could boot from it with my HP Mini 110-3100 netbook. I installed kexts such as FakeSMC, VoodooHDA, VoodooBattery and VoodooPS2 and set the correct permissions for them; I installed the 10.7.5 atom kernel so that my CPU was supported, and I also installed the Chimera boot loader on top so that I'm boot the system. I also compiled a DSDT.aml file and put it in the right place. I used the following boot flags: atom_kernel cpus=1 npci=0x2000 -f -v Now to the main problem: the boot sequence hangs at one of the final stages. It's really strange since I'm able to run 10.7.3 just fine on this machine. HP Mini 110-3100 Sleep kext

Hi, The topic you're referring to is of a different subject with a different question. As for me posting this in the wrong section: sorry about that, I'll try to be more careful next time. I didn't mean to be rude. I apologize.

Does anyone know of a dsdt.aml file for the HP Mini 110-3100? I am unable to patch one myself, so I'm hoping somebody's got one for me.

    HP Mini 110-3100 Sleep kext

I have an HP Mini 110-3100 with iATKOS L2 (OSX 10.7.2) installed on it. I was wondering if anybody knows of a kext or dsdt file to enable sleep? Thanks.

    HP Mini 110

Does anyone have a DSDT for the HP Mini 110? When I try patching one myself I get a build error.
  12. A few days ago I installed iDeneb 10.5.5 on my HP Mini 110. Almost everything works fine, but I'm having a little difficulty. Sometimes when I try to boot it up it gives me some error messages, and it just keeps hanging there. When this occurs during a graphical bot (with the apple logo) the spinning wheel doesen't appear. Verbose mode gives me the following: EHCI Root Hub Simulation: family specific matching fails UHCI Root Hub Simulation: family specific matching fails UHCI Root Hub Simulation: family specific matching fails UHCI Root Hub Simulation: family specific matching fails UHCI Root Hub Simulation: family specific matching fails this occurs about 40% of the time. Most of the time it boots up just fine. This error is really annoying because I have to turn it off and back on again every time I get this error :/ I hope you guys can help me out

    MSI Wind?
  14. EasyBCD only makes the Windows bootloader chainload into the chameleon bootloader; it doesen't need com.apple.Boot.plist
  15. Just use the Windows bootloader and use EasyBCD to load up both Chameleon and Grub. Make sure to select GRUB2 under the Linuz entry if you're using Ubuntu and MBR under the Mac OS X entry. Solved everything for me
