  6. I try connecting my Core Data to a TextField but i can never enter anything in the text field. All it says is "No Selection". I assume this is because my database is empty at the time of initialization. But everything i read online says this is how you are suppose to do it. I can make blank objects and then edit them later but that kind of defeats the purpose of it. Ive attached my code as well. I hope someone can help me. Novilist_Test1.zip
  7. You can find "beginning mac programming" by Tim Isted floating around the internet or bookstore. Its up to date (SDK 3.0) and very well written and useful i just finished it.
  8. Acer Aspire 5740G SnowLeo Install

Yes im dual booting. You have to install OSX then Win 7 to get it to work. Theres a bunch of guides and on how to do it. Also I installed 10.6 and upgraded to 10.6.3. The SnowLeo is just a custom DVD someone made. I believe i cannot post the link here... but if you search "SnowLeo" on pirate bay its on there.
  9. Acer Aspire with Radeon HD 5650 low Rez

The only problem I've encountered is that the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 is stuck in 1024x768. Ive tried to use the "grapics mode" options but they dont work. If i find a way to fix it ill update it. Or if someone knows an alternate way let me know.
  12. So ive officially installed OSX 10.6 on my Acer Aspire 5740G and everything is working great except for my ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650. My resolution is stuck at 1024x768 when i would love to get it to 1366x768. Ive tried the commands "Graphics Mode"=1366x768x32" but it doesn't work and even sets my mode to 800x600! I was wondering if there was a way for me to just get my resolution higher. I know that there is no 5xxx kext out yet but I dont need QE/Cl support only want a higher rez. Any ideas?
  13. My radeon 5650 is stuck in 1024x768 but i cant get the rez any higher.
