  1. So judging by that, it is safe to update to 10.6.5?
  2. All of your problems revolve around the graphics card. GTX 4XX SERIES AND ATI RADEON 5XXX are not yet supported by Mac OSX. You must use a Radeon 4xxx or GTX 2xx to get installation working. learn2read.
  3. Make sure you are in the sata II slots. That and I think there was a minor fix where if you put the hdd in slot 3 and the cd drive in slot 1 it worked good. Also, you should put it into 32-bit kernel mode. arch=i386 or something along that line.
  4. You might need a sleepenabler kext. I found that out after a couple of days.
  5. Great stuff! Thanks a bunch, I've been watching this and the original p6x58d thread. None of that stuff worked until this new bootcd. No problems at all for me. I didn't even have a problem with sound when upgrading to 10.6.4. I have a P6X58D-E btw.
