I can't seem to get the sound working, i followed the guide on the wiki and and it still doesn't work, any tips would be helpful. I also can't change the resolution, i edited the com.apple.boot.plist file to set it to 1280x800x32@60, but it is still giving me 1028x768. Here are screenshots of my specs for my sound and video. Edit: I forgot my second moniter was attached when i took the screenie, just ignore it please

  6. About HD partitions

Okay, thank you so much. I hope this all works out.
  7. So i've decided to partition my harddrive and dual boot xp and osx86, i have a 100gb hd and i plan on making a 6gb partition as most guides say, i plan on installing osx on this 6gb partition. Now my question is, if i boot up using osx will i be able to access and save files on my xp (94gb) partition? or should i make a larger partition for osx so i can save and access larger files? thank you in advance. -craig
