    HP Mini 311 - Support Questions/Requests

OS X Install almost complete... Running into a few issues. Hey everyone, I have an HP Mini 311-1000nr. I installed OS X 10.5.7 sucessfully via iakios. Everything seems to be working except a few things. The graphics (nvidia ion) doesn't seem to be reconized. When i scroll up and down in web pages the text just stays in one place and doesn't update. So I assume i need the correct kext, which I cannot find. I also need the kext for my touchpad on this device. I believe the touchpad is an "Alps Pointing-device" the Hardware ID is "ACPI\AUI101". The final issue I'm facing is the sound... I do hear sound from it, but it's kind of distorted, almost like it's overdriving. If I use the volume up and volume down functions in OS X it never actually changes the volume of the speakers. I assume this also needs the correct kext. There are two sound devices: IDT High Definition Audio CODEC with Hardware ID "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_7605&SUBSYS_103C3651&REV_1004" And "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" with Hardware ID "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0007&SUBSYS_10DE0101&REV_1001" Can anyone help me out with these issues? Everything else works like a charm.

best thing to download music on?

Bittorrent is all I use. I've found transmission to be a good client.

    RAPIDSHARE

I never liked rapidshare much. Seems like all hype too me.

    Windows 7 Lag

You should give malwarebytes a try. Works pretty well for me.
