1. I'm having a hard time understanding the cause of the kernel panic. Even with npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=No flags in place, the kernel panic still occurs. The last action I took was unchecking "Update to 10.7.5" and then running the rest of the updates before issuing a reboot. My fears are that after a long day of writing code, perhaps my brain was too slow to realize that I did indeed initiate a 10.7.5 update? If the system wasn't updated, then I'm at a complete loss as to what could have triggered this. Here's another shot, slightly less blurry.. An attempt to boot into safe mode produced a slightly different error message: PS: I was running 10.7.4 prior to this "possible" update

HDA Wizard - Simple tool for AppleHDA.kext

Thanks for making this. Fixed the issue I was having after the 10.7.4 update.
3. Lost audio after running 10.7.2 update. Same issue happened after 10.7.1 update but previous solutions have not worked. Anyone run into this issue? Board is Asus P6T equipped with the Realtek ALC1200
4. As of recently, I haven't been able to remove files from an NTFS volume mounted via Tuxera NTFS 2011.4.2 Creating files or renaming them works without a problem, I just can't delete anything. The following comes up whenever I try to remove a file or directory: I have Windows on multiboot, so I gave that a try and was able to remove the files without a problem. The other thing that worked was opening terminal and switching to root (sudo su) then removing the files -- no problems here either. And that's why I'm confused, because the permissions on all the files and directories are all the same: drwxrwxrwx 1 aspin staff aspin being my username, and my account be an administrators account that until recently, could easily remove any file on that drive. Long story short, I can remove files from Windows and from terminal when root, but under my own account I get an error. Anyone have a guess on what might be happening here?
5. Turns out the update removed my video card ID from the kext and it started working when I added it back in. I had to run the Recrendae to get sound working again because the update screwed that up. Also, I previously had an issue with the the main monitor being off after a reboot -- I would have to unplug it and plug it back -- that seems to be fixed after updating to 10.7.2
6. System stopped booting after the 10.7.2 update. I was updating from a stable 10.7.1 with all hardware working. Booting with -v shows an issue with the audio, and I can only boot with GraphicsEnabler=No. I'll snap a photo of the bootup screen when I come home from work.
7. The main display always goes to sleep after a reboot and the only way to get it working again is to unplug the cable and plug it back in. I have four monitors connected to two identical video cards, ATI 5750. QE/CI is fully working, and the cards are being properly detected by Lion as ATI 5700 series. The main display not being on is the only graphics issue I am having. It is on during the boot process but goes to sleep after Lion has fully booted. Although the main display is asleep, I can see the desktop on all the other connected monitors. What can I do to figure out why this is happening?
8. Well, I finally got my video cards working but only after a doing a fresh install and setting up ##### Just in case it helps someone, the only way I was able to get the installer to boot was by doing -v npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=No After finalizing and installing #####, my plist is pretty much empty except from GraphicsEnabler=Yes My system specs: ASUS P6T Radean HD 5750

ATI HD 5750 QE IN LION

Well, after a brief struggle I got both ATI HD 5750 cards to work with all monitors running. However, no luck with QE/CI ... not sure what I am doing wrong.

[SOLVED] Lion install with a 5750

McFace did you need to do anything special to get the video to work? I have Lion installed but only boots with GraphicsEnabler=No [EDIT] --- In case someone come across this post in the future... I added the DeviceID to the ATI 5000 and 3000 kexts and the card is now recognized, but I'm still trying to figure out how to get QE/CI to work.
13. Everything seems to work except for video. I can only get it to boot with GraphicsEnabler=No My video card is a vanilla ATI 5750 .. anyone have experience getting the 5750 working in Lion?

Lion boot install stops after nstat_lookup

15. Does it matter what version my ASUS P6T bios is set to or should it make no difference? I currently have it set to 1408
