  1. Thanks. That did help. After installing the additional files all I had to do was change smc.present to "FALSE" and everything booted up fine.   2. Hi, I've created a MacOS 10.6 VM using Fusion 3.0.2 and it works fine on my Mac. So, I want to take that VM to my Windows box at work and run it using VMWare Player. When I tried to open it using an unmodified install of VMWare Player, I get an error about "no operating system found on disk". Should this be possible? I've seen a few references to being to run MacOS 10.6 using VMWare Player but nothing concrete as far as a guide goes. I assume I'd need to follow the same instructions posted in this thread plus maybe some additional modifications to the .vmx file for my VM? Thanks, Andy
