    Asus 1201N Installation and support

No you don't need to reinstall OS X. It's simple as 1,2,3: 1. replace DSDT, shut down 2. remove battery, upgrade RAM 3. boot, run setup with F2, check memory shows 4GB, save with F10 The problem is that 4GB sticks won't work for reinstall. So keep your old 2GB sticks for reinstall. Or sell them for $40 on ebay like I did and wait till Meklort writes another Netbootmaker which does work with 4GB sticks.

Did anyone try to cram 1201N with an additional 5Ghz antenna for their Dell 1510? Does the stock antenna work dual band?

Moss, can you please write another Netbookmaker to make Touchpad work during Mac OS X installation on the machine with upgraded 4GB memory sticks without having to switch back to stock 2GB memory sticks. The reason being I finally sold my original 2GB sticks for $40 on ebay.... By the way, I bought this fast Belkin F5D5055 Gigabit USB ethernet adapter for $13 (used) which has AX88178 chip that is already supported by OS X 10.5/10.6 and Ubuntu 9.10 while 32/64-bit driver for Windows 7 can be can be downloaded on Belkin website. This is a nice upgrade over the stock 10/100mbps lan card. Also there is huge increase in performance if you replace HD with SSD. I picked up OCZ Agility 60 GB for $130 on Newegg after $40 february rebate. Now I can switch to different OS within a minute.
