  1. Is the VT-x in the VMware bios? Or on the PC one? I can't find it in the VMware bios and haven't checked the pc one :/ I have downloaded those files, but have no idea what to do with them :x
  2. No ideas guys? I have to start developing an iPhone app in xCode, which will only run on a Mac, but need to keep the windows environment open at the same time. I could really use your help. Cheers, Andre
  3. Hello, Does anyone know how to run your Hackintosh installation, from your windows installation, using VMware? I have them set as dual boot and everything works, but it'd be really handy if I could run the same OS86x install, from Windows. Any thoughts? Cheers, Andre
  4. Hi, Like the title says, I have an OS86x partition running on my system. It works well, apart from the occasional hang up. What I'd like to do is to run that same installation, from VMWare on Windows 7. I've gotten as far as to see the Chameleon loader GUI, asking for the boot options, etc. When I press "boot", it starts running a few lines and then VMware says: "a virtual cpu has entered the shutdown state" and halts. I've done a bit of research, but can't find a solution for this problem, especially considering I'm running from the partition, not a fresh install. However, if I try to do a clean install, as soon as it runs the DVD, it throws the same error. Any ideas? I have an Intel Quad Core processor and am allocating 1 core (but tried all other configs). Thanks in advance, Andre
