1. leo4all? MAYBE a new version?

dumb question but i was wondering which version of osx you would be using for the distro (hoping for yosemite )
2. leo4all? MAYBE a new version?

i am willing to test as well, currently running Win7x64 htpc (i know) due to i wanted to do a clean install in a virtual environment before i make OSX the primary OS on my drive and since i havent decided if Yosemite is the way to go yet, rather install the system once and not go through a OS upgrade to get to Yosemite like Mt Lion--> Yosemite. my current build is as follows: Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 rev 1.1 CPU : Intel Core i7-4820k with Corsair Hydro H80i Graphics : EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Superclocked w/ACX Cooler 3GB GDDR5 384bit Dual-Link DVI (03G-P4-2884-KR) Memory : 64GB (8x8GB) G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 240-pin DDR3 2400 (PC3-19200) QUAD CHANNEL Main HDD : Crucial 480gb M500 SSD Other HDD : 8 x 4TB Seagate Barracuda XT (Raid 5 Configuration via NewerTech MAXPower eSATA 6G PCIe 2.0 RAID) for Media storage Power Supply: Seasonic X-1250 1250W 80 Plus Gold Certified Full Modular Power Supply i too will continue to follow this post.
3. GA-X79-UP4

as the topic says, i have this board. recently upgraded my system and would like to install OS X 10.9. i really prefer not to use any distros (most guides i found required usage of ##### or distros) as i have acquired the retail disc for this version and want minimal hacks to get this system running. the specs are below with screen shots... Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 Bios : F4 (came preinstalled with this board) CPU : Intel Core i7-4820k @ 3.70GHz Memory : 16GB (4x4gb) DDR3 1333 (Plan to upgrade to 32GB soon) Main HDD : Seagate 1TB Hybrid Drive (ST1000DX001-1CM1) (connected to Intel port 0) (Eventually SSD) Graphics : Nvidia Quadro FX 3500 (will be upgraded soon to newer cards for SLI) I plan to split the 1TB drive in half so i can have Win7 x64 and OSX 10.9 in a dual boot setup. I have not setup any OC profiles (left it with default optimized settings). if there are any bios settings i must change, boot flags and boot disc i need to get this running please advise. thank you for your time.
4. HP DV7 help

my laptop is a hp pavilion dv7-1232nr ... ive successfully installed iatkos v7 on this laptop. i got everything running with a few exceptions...: JMicron Technologies SD/MMC/MS/xD dev id 192b:2381, 192b:2382, 192b:2383, 192b:2384 <--- cant seem to find a working kext/fix to get the memory card reader to work ATi Radeon HD 3200 Graphics [RS780M/RS780MN] dev id 1002:9612 <---- system recognizes the card, but 256mb vram only recognized, specs from online sources specify up to 1918.0MB graphics memory. Also, external VGA and HDMI display do not work/extend to monitor. ive also managed to get the resolution to work so i have 1440x900 resolution working on my display screen. Hewlett Packard Unknown Device dev id 103c:9602 <--- not sure what this is but it shows up as unknown Atheros WiFi - ive given up on it and just purchased a RaLink USB adapter to make life easier. any kext/fix/help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
5. JMB363

finally got time to work at this with no success at all.. does MAC limit the amount of HDD's it can read/have connected to it ? that is the only thing i can think of since i have tried putting the kext in /e/e and wiped them out from the /s/l/e path and vice versa. if thats not the case, do you guys recommend a sata pci card that will definitely work on osx without any issues?
6. JMB363

here are the pictures.... the drive is listed in the OS choice/drive listing on Chameleon so its definitely something under MAC that isnt allowing me to view the drive or pci card device.
7. JMB363

thats what i thought so too... i read it over many times as well as reinstalled it 3times or so, and i saw the kexts was listed under ##### 3.1 but for some reason it still doesnt show up at all under the info, the card works fine since i have a triple boot setup (Win7x64/Ubuntux64/SnowLeopardx64) and its recognized on both win and ubuntu as well as the one drive that is currently connected to it.... could it be the format of the drive (was formatted under win7 NTFS quick format) ? this card IS NOT used as the device where the main HDD with the OS's are installed on, its just used as an extra for my additional sata drives.
8. JMB363

i know this was discussed before and ive read nearly everything i can find. i also have tried ##### 3.5 to install the kext provided in the app but still nothing. i have a PCI-E 1x card (2sata+1ide) with this chip on there. i cant get this card to be recognized under PCI Cards or Serial-ATA under Computer info. the card is recognized under windows and works perfectly. the only info i can find on the card itself is the following....: JMB363 0732 LGAZ0 B 223800030 is there something im doing wrong? ive managed to get everything installed and working flawlessly with the exception of this one card. i just need access to this drive when under mac, hate having to switch between OS's -.- .
